Multi-selling Account/Related Account Definition

- Recognized but unrelated related accounts::
- Detailed explanation of the causes and timeline, details of the investigation, and future measures.
- Unrecognized Associated Accounts::
- Provide detailed account investigation results, record suspicious information, and describe future preventive measures.
