Green Circle says cross-border] How to unblock the German account without uploading the tax certificate to close the store?

Recently you may have received a www.amazon.de賬戶限制通知 due to not uploading your tax certificate or not requesting an extension from Amazon to confirm your tax status by March 10th. If you need to reinstate your www.amazon.de的賬戶權限, please review the information below.
A. First of all, please make sure whether you need to upload the German tax certificate or not.
There are a number of business activities that may generate a tax registration obligation in Germany. Sales partners with German VAT obligations are required to upload a German VAT certificate on the Seller's Platform. There are four basic scenarios in which the requirement to register for VAT in Germany arises:
a
Your business is legally established in Germany.
b
You store stock in Germany and deliver the goods from Germany.
c
You distribute goods to German customers from other EU countries where you store stock and your sales to German customers from all sales channels exceed €100,000/year.
d
 You ship from a non-EU country to a customer in Germany while you (or the carrier on your behalf) are the registered importer.
For more information, please contact your tax advisor.
B. If you receive the following notice on your www.amazon.de的權限可能已經被限制.
Based on the information displayed in the notice, you will not be able to:
1) Sold on Amazon Germany;
(2) Use of Amazon logistics services at the German site (including the European Logistics Consolidation Program, CEE Amazon logistics services);
3) Delivery of goods to consumers in Germany.
You have 30 days to transfer your inventory from the German logistics center, after which time your inventory will be handled separately without further notice to you.
C. You can lift your Amazon Germany restriction by the following three measures
a
If you have already obtained your German tax certificate, please upload it to the seller platform. Tax certificate verification may take a few business days and your account will be restored after the tax certificate has been verified.
b
If you are already applying for your German tax certificate and would like to extend the deadline for uploading your tax certificate, please complete the following:
1. Scan your tax certificate application form;

  1. Send an email with this document attached via your seller platform's registered email address;
  2. 发送至sesu-uk-cp5-ecm-reg-tmp-eng@amazon.co.uk (this e-mail address deals only with matters relating to the application form for the German tax certificate and does not answer irrelevant questions).
    Your account will be reinstated after your tax certificate request form has been reviewed and the deadline for uploading your tax certificates will be extended to April 15, so please take care to upload your tax certificates to the SellerPlatform before that date.
    c
    There are a number of business activities that may give rise to a requirement to register for VAT in Germany. However, if you are not obligated to register for tax in Germany and therefore do not need to obtain a tax certificate, please fill out a declaration confirming that you have not generated taxable sales in Germany. Please look in your inbox for an email titled "Confirm your German Tax registration requirements" for a unique link to submit your declaration. This email will be sent to your registered email address according to your SellerPlatform settings. If you do not receive the email, please contact Seller Support for a new declaration form.
    You will retain the ability to sell on other Amazon online stores. If you have additional questions, please contact your tax advisor.
