I. Austrian EPR Compliance

According to the latest German Electric and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG), the German WEEE transition period has been extended to June 2023, which means that e-commerce platforms such as Amazon will start restricting the right to sell non-compliant goods on July 1, 2023. Although Germany's official platform has extended the implementation date to 202371, the German WEEE comes into effect in a natural year, and the expiration date is December 31st of each year, regardless of when the product is registered. V. French EPR
