Green Circle Speaks Cross-border] How much do you know about shared inventory at European stations?

Let's talk about the two ways of shared inventory in Europe, EFN and Pan-European, the effective choice of FBA distribution not only brings you the simplicity of operation, but also can effectively test the product market and expand the scope of business.
A: What is EFN (European Distribution Network)?
With the European Delivery Network, you store your inventory in your home country. As soon as your items are on the shelves or sold in any country in Europe, Amazon will deliver them for you to fulfill your international orders.
Shared Inventory Operation Methods:
(1) Use the same upc and sku to upload products to various European sites.
Suggestion: When a new store just put up the products, if you are sure that the products are sent to FBA, you can synchronize the choice of shelves to other small sites.
(2) Click on the product Listing editing page, manage offers in other marketplaces menu under offers, write the price corresponding to the target site, then it will automatically translate the products of the site with the same sku and upc automatically translated to other sites.
Note: Not every product can be quickly transferred to other sites through this way, specifically according to the category of the product, click on the listing to view, generally if the same product at the same time in two sites, then other small sites will have this piece of information to fill in the price.
II: What is Pan-European?
Sellers deliver products to an Amazon logistics center in a European country and automatically distribute these stock products to various logistics centers throughout Europe to satisfy the future needs of expected customers. Compete in the marketplace with other sellers on the five European Amazon sites. Regardless of where the product is shipped from, sellers pay only the local Amazon logistics costs incurred in the market where the product is sold, and are not subject to European Logistics Network (EFN) cross-border costs.
By enabling Pan-European Amazon Logistics, you authorize Amazon to allocate and store any of your Amazon Logistics inventory in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Czech Republic.
Shared Inventory Method: Create listings on each of the five EU sites, using the same UPC, ASIN, and SKU as the main site.
The Pan-European Program (Pan-Eur) is distinguished from the European Unified Distribution (Efn):
Pan-European Logistics Program Services
EFN European Federation of Distribution Network Services
Five countries must have the same product on sale at the same time
Allow one or more sites to have the same product
ASIN registration required to comply with European integration services
No ASIN registration required
Items can be assigned to Amazon logistics centers for storage at various sites in Europe
Merchandise is only stored in the Amazon logistics center of the source target market to which it is shipped
No cross-border delivery charges, only delivery charges in the buyer's local country
Charge for cross-border logistics and distribution from the warehouse to the buyer's country efn
Customer Returns to Source Destination Site Warehouse
Customer returns to local Amazon logistics warehouse
Comparison of EFN and Pan-Eur costs:
EFN: Amazon charges the FBA fee in line with the market where the order is generated, plus the European Distribution Network usage fee for shipments from the home country's shipping center. It is the FBA fee and EFN fee (efn fee is now included in the single piece FBA delivery fee, no additional surcharge).
For example, if you are a seller from the UK and your inventory is stored in the UK and your items are sold on the Amazon.de platform, and you use the European Delivery Network for the delivery of your items, you will be charged an FBA fee (+EFN fee) for the delivery from the UK to Germany.
Pan-Eur: For delivery of Buyer's orders with a Pan-European Amazon logistics quote, we will charge you the delivery fee applicable to the store where you placed your order, regardless of the country to which your order is to be delivered.

How to choose between EFN and Pan-eu:
EFN: If you are new to international business, it is recommended that you first upload your order on the destination marketplace to be delivered by Amazon. Once the order is placed, the delivery of the product will be automated by the European distribution network. Once you've found your best-selling items, you can use multinational inventory to help you complete the delivery service, making your best-selling items more competitive and increasing your turnover. Targeted at higher value products.
Pan-eur: For products that want to expand their business in all five European countries, with the ability to deliver orders quickly and efficiently. Products that meet the needs of the five European countries on the shelves.
