Recently, there are more and more sellers reflected to the editor, in the brand file, authorization, will encounter "brand abuse", and even some sellers of the brand will be suddenly removed. So, what is the reason for brand abuse?
There are currently 2 different situations of brand abuse.
The first is account problems. When a new brand is ready to file, it is suggested that the account may have been involved in abusive behavior (e.g., infringement, swiping, second trial, etc.) and has not yet been resolved in a timely manner, so it is refused to be filed.
The second type of problem is branding, where a brand that has been filed is told that brand abuse has led to the brand being canceled.
- This brand has been filed or licensed to more than 5 white lists.
- This brand has filed too many infringement complaints, and most of them have failed.
- Trademarks are purchased, and the stores in which the trademarks are located are affected by the violation.
