[Green Circle Talks Cross-Border] Shocker! EU Policy Repeatedly Takes Action, Large Numbers of Sellers Anxious to Sell

Recently, a lot of sellers consult about the incident of the European representative! I would like to advise all sellers not to follow the EU policy, no matter what time it is!

An EU seller was selling goods that were suddenly taken off the shelves due to a breach of product safety, with an email warning that it "lacks the description of the name and contact address of the manufacturer, authorized representative or importer as required by Article 6 of the ProdsG."
Something is going on, and there are hints that the product being sold is missing the "Euro" Wow!
Any suggestions for the above questions?

On December 1, 2011, the new German Product Safety Act (ProdSG) entered into force. According to Chapter 6 of the ProdSG, manufacturers must label their products with their name and contact address, and if the manufacturer is not located in the European Economic Area (EEA), they are required to provide the name and contact address of a licensee or importer within the EEA.
As a manufacturer located outside the EEA, the seller must ensure that the name and address of the licensee or importer are marked before the product is placed on the market.
The European Union requires the sale of EU CE marking of products from July 2021 to be formally implemented.
As of July 16, 2021, sellers who wish to continue to sell products in the EU with the CE marking must appoint a person located in the EU as a contact person for the compliance of the goods and affix the contact information of the responsible person, which may be affixed to the goods, the packaging of the goods, the parcel or the accompanying documents.
In a nutshell, a European representative (EU authorized representative) is required to ensure that the goods are further sold legally.
Which products require the appointment of an EU Authorized Representative?
As long as there is a need for CE products, it is necessary to register the European representative.
② In addition to CE products, there are many products need to designate the EU authorized representative, the requirements of each country are different, you can consult your platform side or the Green Circle.

What should I do if I encounter such a situation?
Also seller encountered this problem, tried it myself and gave advice is:

First, remove the FBA inventory, look for a service provider to assist with DOC, add the product washing instructions, product material and European generation information to the product label, then add the same information to the bag, and finally submit the DOC to Amazon, with the picture of the product label and the picture of the bag.

2. Whether the product has relevant compliance marks, such as CE safety certification mark, and whether the electronic products have the German WEEE recycling mark.
3. Whether the product has relevant documents, such as declaration of conformity, instructions for use of the product and safety information.
4.
