Can you believe it? Many Taiwanese sellers have been rejected repeatedly when registering their brands on Amazon, but by mastering the right process, you can actually get through it in one go! This guide will take you step-by-step on how to register your brand to the Amazon brand registration system, unlocking the advantages of brand protection and growth.

The first time you register a trademark to an Amazon account, you must prepare these 5 key documents:

  1. Trademark Serial Number and Trademark Return Receipt
  2. Two product/packaging images, clearly showing the logo, one of which must have your hand in the picture
  3. If Logo design logo: provide high quality logo images

4. Signed PDF file of the Brand-Manufacturer Agreement
5. Purchase order Invoice to PDF file

Start the actual registration process now, it's easier than you think:

  1. Visitinghttps://brandregistry.amazon.com/
  2. Note: Must use the login information from the registered Amazon Seller Center account.
  3. Click "Management" → "Register Brand" → "Register Your Brand".

When uploading a logo, one of the most eye-opening things that many sellers overlook is a key point: the logo must match exactly what is registered with the official Trademark Office!

Product images must clearly show the logo and must not be photoshopped. In the Account Information step, select "Seller" and the marketplace to submit your logo to, and select only one category. The last three columns are not required and are strongly discouraged.

In the final step of manufacturing and distributing the message:

  1. Upload Brand and Manufacturer Agreements
  2. Upload Invoices
  3. Select "No" (indicating that distribution and license information will not be provided)
  4. Click to Submit

If done correctly, you will receive a success notification within a few days. Sometimes Amazon sends a verification code to your attorney, which you will need to request from your attorney and submit to receive a success email within 24 hours!
