Logistics
When a seller opens a store on an Amazon site and starts a cross-border e-commerce business, they need to deliver their goods to overseas consumers, and sellers can choose from two delivery methods, including "seller sells, Amazon delivers" or "seller sells, seller delivers".
1. Seller sells, Amazon delivers
The seller sends the goods to overseas Amazon operation center/Amazon warehouse, and then Amazon assists the seller to complete the delivery and after-sale service, which includes:
First leg logistics: Sellers can choose Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) or other third-party logistics carriers to be responsible for the first leg of the transportation of goods to overseas Amazon warehouses.
Warehouse Management: Store merchandise with the high standard Amazon logistics warehouse management (FBA Inventory) provided by Amazon.
Tail End Delivery: When an item is sold, it is delivered to the buyer by Amazon Logistics (FBA) with after-sale service.
Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) is the full name of Fulfillment By Amazon, which means that after sellers send their goods to Amazon's operation center in bulk, Amazon is responsible for helping sellers to store their goods; when the goods are sold, Amazon will complete the order sorting, packaging and distribution, and provide customer services such as buyer consultation and returns for these goods, which will help sellers to save manpower, material resources and financial resources. For Chinese sellers, it means that the goods are delivered to overseas Amazon warehouses, and Amazon completes the subsequent delivery and after-sale services.
The Amazon Logistics (FBA) Advantage:
1. Touch & Go Prime Member
2.Next Day / Next Day Delivery Service
3. Win the "Buy Button"

2. Seller sells, seller delivers
Merchant Fulfillment Network (MFN) is a cross-border logistics method in which sellers fulfill the delivery of goods by themselves. Sellers can choose to ship their goods directly from China to local consumers; sellers can also choose to transport their goods to overseas warehouses, and then ship their goods from overseas warehouses to local consumers. The entire delivery process is under the seller's control.
Seller Self Delivery (MFN) Advantage
1. Input cost flexibility
2. Wide range of products
3. Freedom of storage
4. Freedom of delivery
5. Easy to test new products
