Sellers, please be sure to have your new labels replaced and printed by September 9th.
How to print new labels
We have previously written a very detailed article on how to print, so please go to the article if you need to check it out.
French Decree 2014-1577 requires that, as of January 1, 2015, the Triman logo must be printed on recyclable products and packaging sold to French consumers.
The French environmental law (Code de l'environnement Art. L541-9-3), from January 1, 2022, electronic products (including batteries) or their packaging must also bear the Triman logo with a trash can symbol attached .
Briefly:
The Triman logo must be printed on the packaging of the following categories of goods: packaging methods, printing paper, furniture, electrical and electronic equipment, portable batteries, lamps, small fire extinguishers, photovoltaic panels, and textiles.
Each category is required to finish printing the new logo before the specified time. Sellers can also consider arranging for all categories to be printed in accordance with the new regulations at one time, so that there is no need to make changes and adjustments several times.
