Green Circle says cross-border] Attention! Sellers in Germany must complete the compliance operation before March 1st, otherwise the logistics function (FBA) will be restricted!

Starting March 1, 2023, sellers who have not completed the required compliance operations beyond the 60-day grace period will have their German site point-of-sale privileges or German site Amazon logistics functions (FBA) restricted.
In other words, the VAT number uploaded on the backend must correspond to the same company name and address as on the Amazon Seller Platform.
Sellers who have received the email in 2022 will not be restricted from selling their products on the platform for the time being, but those who have received the emails from 2023 onwards will be subject to the platform's sales restrictions if they don't amend the emails in time. Therefore, we suggest that Amazon sellers compare the company name and address shown on the certificate of VAT registration (Bescheid über die Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer) that you have received from the German tax authorities to see if they are consistent with the information provided on the seller's platform. Erteilung einer Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer) from the German tax authorities on the company name and address and you in the seller platform to provide the information is consistent, timely inconsistencies in the situation to amend, so as not to affect the German station point of sale rights and the German station Amazon logistics function (FBA).
