This article will provide step-by-step instructions on how to properly register your brand into the Amazon brand registration system, unlocking brand protection and various advantages.

The first time you register a trademark to an Amazon account, you need to prepare these 5 key documents:

  1. Trademark Serial Number and Trademark Return Receipt
  2. Two product/packaging images, one with the logo clearly displayed and one must have your hand in the mirror.
  3. Logo Design Drawing Trademark Application: High Quality Logo Images

Now onto the actual registration process, which is easier than you think:

  1. Enterhttps://brandregistry.amazon.com/
  2. Using the login information for a registered Amazon Seller Central account
  3. Click "Management" → "Register Brand" → "Register Your Brand".

Here's a key point for you: brand name input is very sensitive! If approved, it will maintain the case format you entered. Please double-check that it matches the USPTO record, which can be found athttps://tsdr.uspto.gov/檢查.

When uploading a logo, the logo must be exactly the same as the official registration. Product images must show the logo clearly and must not be photoshopped - this is something that many people overlook!

In the Account Information step:

  • Select the "Seller" and the marketplace where you are submitting your trademarks.
  • Select only one category
  • The last three columns are not required and are not recommended to be filled in.

The final step is to manufacture and distribute the messages:

  1. Upload Brand and Manufacturer Agreements
  2. Upload Invoices
  3. Select "No" (Distribution and License Information is not available)
  4. Click to Submit

If done correctly, you will receive a congratulatory email from Amazon within a few days. Sometimes Amazon sends a verification code to your attorney, which you will need to request and submit to your attorney to be notified of your success within 24 hours!
