1、Production Batch No.
Manufacturers should ensure that their marketed equipment has identifying elements, such as model, lot or serial numbers. Such identification can help to track and manage the manufacturing and sales process of the equipment, as well as carry out quality control, recalls or after-sales service where required. Therefore, manufacturers need to ensure that these identifying elements are present when placing equipment on the market to improve equipment traceability and management efficiency.
For example, in the form of "Batch number: XXXXXXX".
2、Manufacturer name and address
The manufacturer should clearly mark the equipment with its name, registered trade name or registered trade mark and provide a postal address where it can be contacted. The following is an example (for reference only):

- The manufacturer's address needs to be a real, valid, detailed address where the manufacturer can be contacted. For example: house number (if any), street number, township/street, county/district, city/district, province/city;
- Translations of the administrative divisions involved in the manufacturer's address may not be replaced by Chinese pinyin, e.g., lu, jiedao, qu, shi, sheng, etc. are irregular.
In addition, on December 13, 2024, the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) will come into force. Under the regulation, manufacturers will be required to provide open communication channels, such as a telephone number, an electronic address or a dedicated part of their website, to enable consumers to contact the manufacturer.
3. CE marking/UKCA marking
(1) The CE mark is the European Union's mark of conformity, indicating that a product complies with the requirements of the European Union and can circulate freely in the relevant market.The CE mark usually contains two letters "C" and "E", and is displayed on the product together with other markings.

(2) The UKCA Mark is a mark of conformity for the UK market, introduced by the UK government to replace the CE Mark. It indicates that a product complies with UK regulations and can be marketed and sold in the UK. the UKCA Mark usually contains the letters "UKCA" and is displayed on the product together with other markings.

4. Euro/English information
European representative information: The European representative is a natural person or legal entity within the EU designated by a manufacturer located outside the EU to ensure product traceability in the EU market, maintain technical documentation, assist in incident reporting and recalls, and to act as the manufacturer's "responsible person" for compliance in the EU, whose information is required to be marked on imported products and related documents bearing the CE marking. The information should be marked on the imported products with CE marking and related documents as required.

In addition, the EU's General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which will come into effect on December 13, 2024, will require the following for Euromed information: brand name/registered trademark name/trademark, contact address, and email or website address.

5. European Union warning language for children's toys
According to the European Union, children's toys should carry a warning message to ensure the safety of children.
Note: The warning language should be written in a language that is easily understood by the consumer as determined by the destination country or region of sale.
