
According to the UK Sleepwear Regulations, the following labeling information needs to be displayed for sleepwear products:
1. If their fabrics do not meet the flame retardancy requirements after washing, the following labeling information should be displayed on the products:
"KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE"
2、If the fabric meets the requirements of flame retardancy after washing, the labeling information should also be displayed on the product, there are the following three ways to display (choose one)
a. Display "LOW FLAMMABILITY TO BS 5722″ only.
b. Demonstration of "KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE" only.
c. Simultaneous display of "LOW FLAMMABILITY TO BS 5722″, "KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE" Note:
- The tag should be securely attached to the inside of the collar of the garment or immediately adjacent to any other tag affixed to the garment and provide detailed information about the garment's size;
- The above labeling information should be presented in clear, indelible letters larger than 10 points;
- The "KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE" label should be displayed in bold red capitals; the "LOW FLAMMABILITY TO BS 5722″ label should be displayed in bold black capitals.
