1. FCC Statement
An FCC Declaration is a statement of compliance required by the Federal Communications Commission of the United States of America from the manufacturer of a radio device that includes information about the device, the Declaration of Compliance, the Conditions of Operation, and the Warning Statement to certify that the device complies with the FCC's regulations governing the use of radio frequencies and electromagnetic radiation.All of the following should be printed on the Compliance Label:
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions.
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference , and
(2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
2、Warning label for push power mowers
As required by the U.S. Act, push mowers should have a warning label, as shown above, affixed to the blade holder or, if there is no blade holder, to other blade guards or adjacent support structures:

(1) Warning labels shall be at least 3.25 inches (82.5 mm) in height and 4 inches (102 mm) in width, with the letters and symbols on the label in scale with the diagram above
(2) For the color requirement of the warning label, please display the color label as shown in the figure;
3) For rotary mowers, this warning label should be as close as possible to any discharge outlet, or if there is no discharge outlet, then in a location where it can be plainly seen from the operator's normal operating position;
4) For reel mowers, if there is no suitable mounting surface near the center cut width, the label shall be displayed on the appropriate mounting surface closest to the center cut width.
