According to EU regulations, commodities sold to the EU and UK markets need to meet the requirements of commodity quality compliance. For commodities whose quality and labeling do not meet the compliance requirements, Sizzler platform has started to implement the blocking control, and by December 15, the platform will implement the blocking of all commodities that have not completed the compliance of the EU and UK markets.
Product Labeling Requirements
In order to ensure that products sold on the platform meet EU safety and compliance requirements, you must clearly display product information on the product, with the following specific labeling compliance requirements:
1\u3001Packaging labeling needs to clearly show the full picture of the product sales package (not courier package) and complete product information, including not limited to commodity information, manufacturer and address, the responsible party of the European Union agent (name, address, mailbox and contact phone, none of which is indispensable) and information on the country of origin (e.g. Made in China);
2, in \u2460 on the basis of CE certification should be added to the CE Logo, toys packaging to additional age and safety reminders; non-CE range of goods do not add the CE Logo, such as mothers and babies under the category of home food contact goods to add the cups and forks Logo, automobile and motorcycle accessories should be added to the E Mark, cosmetic labels should be added to the composition of the open lid durability and so on;\u00a0
3, the packaging labeling information should be the official language of the destination country or English, packaging needs to be a color box or silk-screen bag, the original packaging lack of the above information can be affixed labels;
4. The information on the package label should be consistent with the relevant information on the qualification certificate and test report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special instructions: Cosmetic labels should be added to the list of ingredients (INCI name for the name of the raw material), the net content, the expiry date (the most common is an open logo for the expiry date), and at the same time the responsible person in the European Union must have a name, an address, an e-mail address and a contact telephone number;
For some cosmetics, the labeling information will be on the front and back, so it is recommended to combine 2 items (as shown in the picture on the right below).
Example of an open lid shelf-life logo (due to European Union cosmetic regulations, products with a shelf-life of more than 30 months must be labeled with the expiration date after opening the lid):
Only if the product's shelf life is <30 months, it can be printed with a numerical shelf life + hourglass logo (but it is rare to see it on the actual market, so it is recommended to use the open lid shelf life logo above).

*Example of non-compliant labeling
It is irregular to stick it on the blank packing box or logistics packaging.
Proposals for remodeling:
1. change the photo angle to be able to see that the box is not a blank courier carton, or stick the label on the actual sales package bag, with the label information and built-in merchandise clearly photographed and displayed.
2. Place the two items together, take a picture of the outer package label and the actual item inside the package at the same time and upload it.
Labels must be missing information.
Incorrect\/missing logo
The new regulations require all electronic products sold at European sites to include British and European generation information on the package labeling, otherwise they may be rejected. Amazon, Sizzler, eBay and other platforms are also mandatory for sellers to provide \"European\" and \"British\" information!
