href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/food\/food-safety-modernization-act-fsma\/fsma-final-rule-foreign-supplier-verification-programs-fsvp-importers-food-humans-and-animals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FDA FSVP \u6700\u7d42\u898f\u5247<\/a>{:target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;},\u7f8e\u570b\u9032\u53e3\u5546\u5fc5\u9808\u5efa\u7acb\u4e26\u57f7\u884c\u5916\u570b\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u9a57\u8b49\u8a08\u756b(FSVP),\u78ba\u4fdd\u9032\u53e3\u98df\u54c1\u7b26\u5408\u7f8e\u570b\u5b89\u5168\u6a19\u6e96\u3002FSVP \u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u5728\u6b64\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u626e\u6f14\u95dc\u9375\u89d2\u8272,\u8ca0\u8cac\u5354\u52a9\u9032\u53e3\u5546\u5b8c\u6210\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u5be9\u6838\u3001\u6587\u4ef6\u7ba1\u7406\u8207\u5408\u898f\u9a57\u8b49,\u800c\u975e\u50c5\u662f\u540d\u7fa9\u4e0a\u7684\u806f\u7d61\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53f0\u7063\u98df\u54c1\u696d\u8005\u5e38\u8aa4\u4ee5\u70ba FSVP \u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u53ea\u9700\u63d0\u4f9b\u7f8e\u570b\u5730\u5740\u8207\u806f\u7d61\u65b9\u5f0f,\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a,\u9032\u53e3\u5546\u6703\u900f\u904e FSVP \u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u57f7\u884c\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u4f9b\u61c9\u5ee0\u5be9\u6838,\u5305\u542b\u98df\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u8a08\u756b\u5be9\u67e5\u3001\u88fd\u7a0b\u9a57\u8b49\u8207\u6301\u7e8c\u76e3\u63a7\u3002\u82e5\u4f9b\u61c9\u5ee0\u7121\u6cd5\u914d\u5408\u5be9\u6838\u8981\u6c42,\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u9032\u53e3\u5ef6\u9072\u6216\u8a02\u55ae\u53d6\u6d88\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u70ba\u4f55\u7f8e\u570b\u9032\u53e3\u5546\u9700\u8981 FSVP \u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u5be9\u6838\u53f0\u7063\u4f9b\u61c9\u5ee0?<\/h2>\n<p>FSVP \u6cd5\u898f\u65bc 2017 \u5e74\u5168\u9762\u5be6\u65bd,\u662f FSMA(\u98df\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u73fe\u4ee3\u5316\u6cd5\u6848)\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u689d\u6b3e\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u4f9d\u64da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecfr.gov\/current\/title-21\/chapter-I\/subchapter-A\/part-1\/subpart-L\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CFR Title 21 \u00a7 1.500-1.514<\/a>{:target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;},\u7f8e\u570b\u9032\u53e3\u5546\u5c0d\u9032\u53e3\u98df\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u8ca0\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8cac\u4efb,\u5fc5\u9808\u78ba\u4fdd\u5916\u570b\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u5177\u5099\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u63a7\u5236\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53f0\u7063\u98df\u54c1\u696d\u8005\u51fa\u53e3\u7f8e\u570b\u6642,\u5e38\u9762\u81e8\u4ee5\u4e0b\u60c5\u5883:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u7f8e\u570b\u8cb7\u5bb6\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u4f9b \u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u5982\u4f55\u5be9\u6838\u53f0\u7063\u4f9b\u61c9\u5ee0?<\/h2>\n<h3>\u5be9\u6838\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e00:\u5371\u5bb3\u5206\u6790\u8207\u98a8\u96aa\u8a55\u4f30<\/h3>\n<p>FSVP \u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u9996\u5148\u6703\u8981\u6c42\u53f0\u7063\u4f9b\u61c9\u5ee0\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f8\u9762\u5371\u5bb3\u5206\u6790(Hazard Analysis),\u8a55\u4f30\u7522\u54c1\u53ef\u80fd\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u751f\u7269\u6027\u3001\u5316\u5b78\u6027\u8207\u7269\u7406\u6027\u5371\u5bb3\u3002\u5be9\u6838\u91cd\u9ede\u5305\u542b:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u5df2\u77e5\u6216\u5408\u7406\u53ef\u9810\u898b\u7684\u5371\u5bb3<\/strong>:\u5982\u75c5\u539f\u83cc\u6c61\u67d3\u3001\u91cd\u91d1\u5c6c\u6b98\u7559\u3001\u904e\u654f\u539f\u4ea4\u53c9\u6c61\u67d3<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preventive \u662f\u7f8e\u570b\u9032\u53e3\u5546\u7684\u7fa9\u52d9\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u53f0\u7063\u4f9b\u61c9\u5ee0\u5df2\u5b8c\u6210\u8a3b\u518a,\u9032\u53e3\u5546\u4ecd\u9700\u57f7\u884c FSVP
