Producer Responsibility\uff09\u5373\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\u653f\u7b56\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u4e00\u500b\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u4e4b\u9053\u3002\u9019\u9805\u653f\u7b56\u65e8\u5728\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u5f8c\u7e8c\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u9700\u8981\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u9f4a\u5fc3\u5354\u529b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u653f\u5e9c\u3001\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u3002\u6b50\u76df\u901a\u904e\u7acb\u6cd5\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u8ca0\u8d77\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5c07\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u8207\u8cc7\u6e90\u56de\u6536\u76f8\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\u4e0d\u50c5\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u6709\u8457\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u7522\u696d\u7d50\u69cb\u7684\u8f49\u578b\u5347\u7d1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5be6\u8e10EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u6ce8\u91cd\u6280\u8853\u5275\u65b0\u548c\u7522\u696d\u5354\u540c\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u52d5\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u3002\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u7d1b\u7d1b\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u56de\u6536\u7cfb\u7d71\u548c\u8655\u7406\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u4e26\u52a0\u5f37\u4e86\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8209\u63aa\u70ba\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u5960\u5b9a\u4e86\u826f\u597d\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u540c\u6642\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u9084\u9700\u8981\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u5ba3\u50b3\u548c\u6559\u80b2\u3002\u6b50\u76df\u901a\u904e\u8209\u8fa6\u5404\u985e\u5ba3\u50b3\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u516c\u773e\u5c0d\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\u548c\u652f\u6301\u5ea6\u3002\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u6539\u8b8a\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u8655\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u7a2e\u5168\u793e\u6703\u53c3\u8207\u7684\u6c1b\u570d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u672a\u4f86\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5c07\u7e7c\u7e8c\u6df1\u5316EPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5b8c\u5584\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u898f\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u5340\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5206\u4eab\u7d93\u9a57\u548c\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u61c9\u5c0d\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u5883\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u70ba\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u4e4b\u9053\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5404\u65b9\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u4e00\u5b9a\u80fd\u5920\u70ba\u4eba\u985e\u5275\u9020\u66f4\u52a0\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u74b0\u5883\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u65b0\u601d\u8def\uff1a\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u4e4b\u9053
