Responsibility\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u5c0d\u4fdd\u8b77\u74b0\u5883\u548c\u4fc3\u9032\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u7684\u5404\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u8ca0\u8d77\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u751f\u7522\u5230\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7f6e\uff0c\u5168\u7a0b\u53c3\u8207\u78ba\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u8655\u7406\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u900f\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u8f49\u8b8a\u7d93\u71df\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u5f9e\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u201c\u751f\u7522-\u4f7f\u7528-\u4e1f\u68c4\u201d\u5230\u66f4\u5177\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u7684\u201c\u751f\u7522-\u4f7f\u7528-\u56de\u6536\u518d\u5229\u7528\u201d\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u8cc7\u6e90\u6d6a\u8cbb\u548c\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u5be6\u8e10EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5f37\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7387\u548c\u56de\u6536\u7387\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6d88\u8017\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u548c\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7522\u751f\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u80fd\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u52a0\u5f37\u5167\u90e8\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u5f37\u5316\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u610f\u8b58\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u5065\u5168\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u7ba1\u7406\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u74b0\u5883\u98a8\u96aa\u61c9\u5c0d\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5be6\u65bdEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u4e0d\u50c5\u80fd\u5920\u9075\u5b88\u6cd5\u898f\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u74b0\u5883\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u9084\u80fd\u63d0\u5347\u4f01\u696d\u5f62\u8c61\uff0c\u64f4\u5927\u5e02\u5834\u4efd\u984d\uff0c\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u9577\u9060\u767c\u5c55\u5960\u5b9a\u5805\u5be6\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5168\u7403\u8303\u570d\u5167\uff0c\u74b0\u5883\u554f\u984c\u65e5\u76ca\u56b4\u91cd\uff0c\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u5316\u3001\u8cc7\u6e90\u67af\u7aed\u3001\u751f\u614b\u7834\u58de\u7b49\u554f\u984c\u4e9f\u5f85\u89e3\u6c7a\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u80a9\u8ca0\u8457\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u61c9\u8a72\u7a4d\u6975\u97ff\u61c9\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u5be6\u8e10EPR\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u70ba\u5efa\u8a2d\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u5730\u7403\u6751\u4f5c\u51fa\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u7684EPR\u653f\u7b56\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8209\u63aa\uff0c\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u5177\u6709\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u4fc3\u9032\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u672a\u4f86\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u8a8d\u8b58\u5230EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u5230\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u4e2d\u4f86\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u71df\u9020\u4e00\u500b\u6e05\u6f54\u3001\u7f8e\u9e97\u7684\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5b50\u5b6b\u5f8c\u4ee3\u4e5f\u80fd\u4eab\u53d7\u5230\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u548c\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u74b0\u5883\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u4fc3\u9032\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19
