Responsibility\uff09\u662f\u6b50\u76df\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u884c\u7684\u4e00\u9805\u91cd\u8981\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u5ee0\u5546\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u5168\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u8ca0\u8cac\uff0c\u5f9e\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u751f\u7522\u5230\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u88fd\u9020\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u4e0d\u50c5\u80fd\u5920\u6709\u6548\u89e3\u6c7a\u7522\u54c1\u904e\u5ea6\u5305\u88dd\u3001\u96e3\u4ee5\u56de\u6536\u7b49\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u66f4\u80fd\u5920\u6fc0\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u6539\u5584\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u8cc7\u6e90\u6d6a\u8cbb\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u7387\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4fc3\u9032\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\u7684\u666e\u53ca\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u662f\u201c\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u4ed8\u8cbb\u201d\u539f\u5247\uff0c\u5373\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u751f\u7522\u5546\u6216\u9032\u53e3\u5546\u9700\u627f\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\u8cbb\u7528\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u8209\u63aa\u6709\u6548\u5730\u6fc0\u52f5\u4e86\u4f01\u696d\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u751f\u7522\u904e\u7a0b\u9032\u884c\u6df1\u5165\u601d\u8003\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u74b0\u4fdd\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u6df1\u5165\u4eba\u5fc3\u3002\u8209\u4f8b\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u4f01\u696d\u958b\u59cb\u5c0b\u627e\u66f4\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u5305\u88dd\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u4f7f\u7528\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u5851\u6599\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u4f9b\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5c07\u74b0\u4fdd\u7406\u5ff5\u8cab\u7a7f\u65bc\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u80fd\u5920\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u97ff\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u3002\u7576\u4f01\u696d\u958b\u59cb\u5be6\u65bd\u74b0\u4fdd\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u51fa\u66f4\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u6642\uff0c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u4e5f\u6703\u56e0\u70ba\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\u7684\u63d0\u9ad8\u800c\u66f4\u9858\u610f\u8cfc\u8cb7\u9019\u4e9b\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u80fd\u5920\u4fc3\u9032\u56de\u6536\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u5efa\u7acb\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u63d0\u4f9b\u56de\u6536\u8a2d\u65bd\u548c\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u734e\u52f5\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u5c45\u6c11\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u53c3\u8207\u56de\u6536\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u56fa\u9ad4\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e86\u74b0\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u4e0b\uff0c\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u570b\u5bb6\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u666e\u53ca\u548c\u63d0\u9ad8\u3002\u4eba\u5011\u958b\u59cb\u66f4\u52a0\u95dc\u6ce8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u4e26\u9010\u6f38\u6539\u8b8a\u4e86\u8cfc\u8cb7\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u9078\u64c7\u90a3\u4e9b\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\u8f03\u5c0f\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u4e5f\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u74b0\u4fdd\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u5f62\u8c61\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u7d1b\u7d1b\u52a0\u5165\u5230\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u884c\u5217\u4e2d\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u9084\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u4e9b\u6311\u6230\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u4f01\u696d\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5c07\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\u8cbb\u7528\u8f49\u5ac1\u7d66\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63d0\u9ad8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u50f9\u683c\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u5730\u5340\u7684\u56de\u6536\u8a2d\u65bd\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u5920\u5b8c\u5584\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u56de\u6536\u6548\u7387\u4f4e\u4e0b\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u57f7\u884c\u6210\u672c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u6210\u70ba\u4e00\u500b\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u5c0d\u65bc\u4e2d\u5c0f\u578b\u4f01\u696d\u800c\u8a00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u9805\u4fc3\u9032\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u70ba\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e8b\u696d\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u901a\u904e\u63a8\u52d5\u5ee0\u5546\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u5168\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u8ca0\u8cac\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u8cc7\u6e90\u6d6a\u8cbb\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u7387\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6fc0\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5171\u540c\u53c3\u8207\u74b0\u4fdd\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\u7684\u666e\u53ca\u548c\u63d0\u9ad8\u3002\u5728\u672a\u4f86\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6709\u7406\u7531\u76f8\u4fe1\uff0c\u96a8\u8457EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u5b8c\u5584\u548c\u843d\u5730\uff0c\u74b0\u4fdd\u5c07\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u4e43\u81f3\u5168\u7403\u8303\u570d\u5167\u5f97\u5230\u9032\u4e00\
