Responsibility\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u4fc3\u9032\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u7da0\u8272\u5347\u7d1a\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6a5f\u5236\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u7531\u653f\u5e9c\u5236\u5b9a\u4e26\u8981\u6c42\u751f\u7522\u8005\u627f\u64d4\u7522\u54c1\u5f9e\u88fd\u9020\u5230\u8655\u7406\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5168\u90e8\u6216\u90e8\u5206\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u88ab\u8feb\u66f4\u52a0\u95dc\u6ce8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u9f13\u52f5\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u8655\u7406\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u8003\u616e\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u653f\u7b56\u4e0d\u50c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u4f01\u696d\u8f49\u578b\u5347\u7d1a\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b50\u76df\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5df2\u7d93\u5f97\u5230\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5728\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u8981\u6c42\u751f\u7522\u5546\u8ca0\u8cac\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u5ee2\u68c4\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u96fb\u5b50\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5371\u5bb3\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u5728\u5305\u88dd\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u4e5f\u5be6\u65bd\u4e86\u76f8\u61c9\u7684EPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5305\u88dd\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\u7684\u63d0\u9ad8\u548c\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u7684\u8208\u8d77\uff0c\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u958b\u59cb\u6295\u8eab\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\uff0c\u7814\u767c\u751f\u7522\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u6280\u8853\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u4f7f\u5f97\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u6709\u4e86\u66f4\u5ee3\u95ca\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u7a7a\u9593\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u5e36\u52d5\u4e86\u76f8\u95dc\u884c\u696d\u7684\u7e41\u69ae\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8981\u5be6\u73fe\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u5347\u7d1a\uff0c\u9084\u9700\u8981\u653f\u5e9c\u3001\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u793e\u6703\u5404\u754c\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u61c9\u7576\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5b8c\u5584\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u898f\uff0c\u5f37\u5316\u76e3\u7ba1\u529b\u5ea6\uff0c\u78ba\u4fddEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5be6\u65bd\uff1b\u4f01\u696d\u61c9\u7576\u7a4d\u6975\u97ff\u61c9\u653f\u5e9c\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u52a0\u5927\u74b0\u4fdd\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u54c1\u7da0\u8272\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u751f\u7522\uff1b\u793e\u6703\u5404\u754c\u61c9\u7576\u589e\u5f37\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u71df\u9020\u74b0\u4fdd\u53cb\u597d\u7684\u793e\u6703\u6c1b\u570d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u4fc3\u9032\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u5347\u7d1a\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u4fdd\u8b77\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7d93\u6fdf\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u672a\u4f86\u5728\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u80fd\u5920\u66f4\u591a\u5730\u501f\u9452\u6b50\u76df\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u5efa\u8a2d\u4e00\u500b\u66f4\u52a0\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u4fc3\u9032\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u5347\u7d1a
