Responsibility\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u4f86\u90fd\u662f\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u5de5\u5177\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u5728\u65bc\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u4e2d\u8ca0\u8d77\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4fc3\u9032\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u548c\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u6e1b\u91cf\u5316\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u793e\u6703\u7da0\u8272\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u6b50\u76df\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u767c\u5c55\u6709\u8457\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0cEPR\u8981\u6c42\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u6027\uff0c\u5f9e\u6e90\u982d\u4e0a\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u885d\u64ca\uff0c\u9019\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u7da0\u8272\u8a2d\u8a08\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u964d\u4f4e\u7522\u54c1\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9f13\u52f5\u751f\u7522\u8005\u52a0\u5f37\u7522\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u958b\u63a1\u548c\u6d6a\u8cbb\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u5be6\u73fe\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u5408\u7406\u8655\u7f6e\u548c\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u6539\u5584\u4e86\u4eba\u5011\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u63d0\u9ad8\u793e\u6703\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u4e0d\u50c5\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u6709\u8457\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u4fc3\u9032\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u5c0d\u7d93\u6fdf\u548c\u793e\u6703\u767c\u5c55\u7522\u751f\u4e86\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u7522\u696d\u7d50\u69cb\u7684\u8abf\u6574\u548c\u8f49\u578b\u5347\u7d1a\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u589e\u52a0\u5c31\u696d\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u4eba\u6c11\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u751f\u7522\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u63d0\u9ad8\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u7af6\u722d\u529b\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u9084\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u63d0\u9ad8\u793e\u6703\u516c\u773e\u5c0d\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\u7684\u666e\u53ca\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u69cb\u5efa\u548c\u8ae7\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u793e\u6703\u74b0\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u7684EPR\u653f\u7b56\u5c0d\u65bc\u4fc3\u9032\u793e\u6703\u7da0\u8272\u767c\u5c55\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a8\u52d5\u7d93\u6fdf\u548c\u793e\u6703\u7684\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u6211\u5011\u61c9\u8a72\u7a4d\u6975\u652f\u6301EPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u70ba\u5be6\u73fe\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u800c\u52aa\u529b\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u4fc3\u9032\u793e\u6703\u7da0\u8272\u767c\u5c55
