Responsibility) \u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u7684\u5404\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u8ca0\u8d77\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u666e\u53ca\u548c\u57f7\u884c\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\u900f\u904e\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7b49\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u751f\u7522\u548c\u8655\u7406\u7522\u54c1\u6642\uff0c\u61c9\u7576\u8003\u616e\u5230\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u8ca0\u8d77\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u751f\u7522\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u4ee5\u5be6\u73fe\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u51fa\u53f0\uff0c\u70ba\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u5021\u5c0e\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u652f\u6301\u548c\u4fdd\u969c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u5404\u500b\u9818\u57df\u7684\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u90fd\u88ab\u9f13\u52f5\u548c\u8981\u6c42\u6539\u8b8a\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u751f\u7522\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u8f49\u5411\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u5ef6\u9577\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u58fd\u547d\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u7387\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6d88\u8017\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u9f13\u52f5\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u9078\u64c7\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u6d88\u8cbb\u884c\u70ba\u7684\u6539\u8b8a\u4f86\u63a8\u52d5\u6574\u500b\u4f9b\u61c9\u93c8\u7684\u8f49\u578b\u3002\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u9078\u64c7\u7b26\u5408\u74b0\u5883\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u751f\u7522\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u5546\u54c1\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5171\u540c\u53c3\u8207\u5230\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u4e2d\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6307\u5f15\u4e0b\uff0c\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u958b\u59cb\u91cd\u8996\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u63a8\u51fa\u7b26\u5408\u74b0\u5883\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u65b0\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u4e26\u958b\u5c55\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u5ba3\u50b3\u63a8\u5ee3\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u4ee5\u5438\u5f15\u66f4\u591a\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u53c3\u8207\u5230\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u4e2d\u4f86\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u63a8\u5ee3\uff0c\u4e5f\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u7af6\u722d\u512a\u52e2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u70ba\u5021\u5c0e\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u7406\u5ff5\u6ce8\u5165\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u52d5\u529b\u548c\u6d3b\u529b\u3002\u901a\u904e\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7684\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u5171\u540c\u5efa\u8a2d\u4e00\u500b\u66f4\u52a0\u6e05\u6f54\u3001\u7f8e\u9e97\u7684\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u70ba\u5f8c\u4ee3\u5b50\u5b6b\u7559\u4e0b\u4e00\u500b\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u672a\u4f86\uff0c\u5728\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u80fd\u5920\u66f4\u52a0\u5ee3\u6cdb\u5730\u63a8\u884c\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u5168\u4eba\u985e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u5171\u540c\u5922\u60f3\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EU
