Responsibility\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff09\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u4f86\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u73fe\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u5168\u7403\u5c0d\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u5316\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u554f\u984c\u7684\u95dc\u6ce8\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u52a0\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u4e5f\u5728\u4e0d\u65b7\u64f4\u5927\u3002\u900f\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5f15\u9818\u548c\u63a8\u52d5\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u5c65\u884c\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u8f49\u578b\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5f37\u8abf\u4e86\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u4e2d\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u5305\u62ec\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u751f\u7522\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u8655\u7406\u7b49\u74b0\u7bc0\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5c07\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u7d0d\u5165\u8003\u616e\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u5f9e\u6e90\u982d\u4e0a\u6e1b\u5c11\u8cc7\u6e90\u6d88\u8017\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u54c1\u5411\u7da0\u8272\u3001\u74b0\u4fdd\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u6b21\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u5efa\u8a2d\u3002\u5728EPR\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u52a0\u95dc\u6ce8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\u3001\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6d88\u8017\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u56fa\u9ad4\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u4f01\u696d\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u548c\u4ea4\u6d41\u3002\u5728\u5be6\u8e10EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u4e4b\u9593\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5f37\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u63a2\u7d22\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\u548c\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u7814\u767c\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u7522\u696d\u5354\u540c\u6548\u61c9\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u6574\u500b\u884c\u696d\u5411\u7da0\u8272\u767c\u5c55\u8f49\u578b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u63d0\u5347\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u54c1\u724c\u5f62\u8c61\u548c\u5e02\u5834\u7af6\u722d\u529b\u3002\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u5f80\u5f80\u6703\u53d7\u5230\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u548c\u793e\u6703\u7684\u8a8d\u53ef\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u8d0f\u5f97\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5e02\u5834\u4efd\u984d\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u5728\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u74b0\u4fdd\u6280\u8853\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u652f\u6301\u4e5f\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u6a5f\u9047\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u7684EPR\u653f\u7b56\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u8f49\u578b\u767c\u5c55\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5236\u5ea6\u4fdd\u969c\u548c\u653f\u7b56\u652f\u6301\u3002\u4f01\u696d\u61c9\u8a72\u7a4d\u6975\u97ff\u61c9\u653f\u7b56\u865f\u53ec\uff0c\u52a0\u5f37\u74b0\u4fdd\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u751f\u7522\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u8f49\u578b\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u70ba\u5efa\u8a2d\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u751f\u614b\u74b0\u5883\u4f5c\u51fa\u61c9\u6709\u7684\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u52a9\u529b\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u8f49\u578b\u767c\u5c55
