\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u52a9\u529b\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u5354\u540c<\/p>\n

\u6b50\u76df(European Union)\u81ea\u5f9e\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb(Extended Producer Responsibility\uff0cEPR)\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u5f8c\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u5728\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\u7684\u63d0\u5347\u4e0a\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u9577\u8db3\u7684\u9032\u6b65\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u5728\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u5354\u540c\u767c\u5c55\u65b9\u9762\u767c\u63ee\u4e86\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u4e2d\u8ca0\u8d77\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5230\u5f8c\u671f\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u9019\u5c0d\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u5404\u884c\u696d\u5167\u90e8\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u5354\u540c\u3002\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u8003\u616e\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\u548c\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8981\u601d\u8003\u5982\u4f55\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u9019\u5c31\u9700\u8981\u5404\u500b\u7522\u696d\u74b0\u7bc0\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u8207\u6750\u6599\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\u5ee0\u5546\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684\u6750\u6599\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u56de\u6536\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u4e00\u4f86\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6d88\u8017\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a8\u52d5\u76f8\u95dc\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5176\u6b21\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u9f13\u52f5\u4e86\u7522\u54c1\u5275\u65b0\u548c\u6280\u8853\u9032\u6b65\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u5e36\u52d5\u4e86\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u7684\u5354\u540c\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u5c07\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7d0d\u5165\u8003\u616e\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u5c0b\u6c42\u66f4\u74b0\u4fdd\u3001\u66f4\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u751f\u7522\u65b9\u5f0f\u548c\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u9019\u5c31\u50ac\u751f\u4e86\u8a31\u591a\u74b0\u4fdd\u6280\u8853\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u3002\u5404\u500b\u7522\u696d\u70ba\u4e86\u7b26\u5408EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4e5f\u7d1b\u7d1b\u6295\u5165\u5230\u7814\u767c\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u6280\u8853\u4ea4\u6d41\u548c\u5408\u4f5c\u7121\u7591\u6703\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u7684\u8de8\u754c\u878d\u5408\u548c\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u50f9\u503c\u93c8\u7684\u69cb\u5efa\u548c\u5354\u540c\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u5728EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5f15\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u3001\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\u5ee0\u5546\u3001\u76f8\u95dc\u79d1\u7814\u6a5f\u69cb\u548c\u653f\u5e9c\u90e8\u9580\u7b49\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u93c8\uff0c\u5f7c\u6b64\u4e4b\u9593\u806f\u7e6b\u7dca\u5bc6\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u50f9\u503c\u93c8\u7684\u5354\u540c\u767c\u5c55\u4e0d\u50c5\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u5404\u500b\u74b0\u7bc0\u7684\u9ad8\u6548\u9023\u63a5\uff0c\u9084\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u6574\u500b\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n
