Responsibility\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u6210\u70ba\u4e86\u773e\u591a\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u5340\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u7126\u9ede\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u65e8\u5728\u901a\u904e\u898f\u7bc4\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5c0d\u5176\u7522\u54c1\u5f9e\u751f\u7522\u5230\u5831\u5ee2\u5168\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u4f86\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u8cc7\u6e90\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u548c\u6e1b\u5c11\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u61c9\u5145\u5206\u8003\u616e\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u6027\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u627f\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u5c0b\u627e\u66f4\u74b0\u4fdd\u3001\u66f4\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u6750\u6599\u548c\u751f\u7522\u5de5\u85dd\uff0c\u4e26\u52a0\u5927\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u6295\u5165\u3002\u901a\u904e\u9019\u7a2e\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u6709\u6548\u5730\u6fc0\u52f5\u4e86\u4f01\u696d\u52a0\u5f37\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u610f\u8b58\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\u548c\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u7814\u767c\u548c\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u6709\u529b\u5730\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u58fd\u547d\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\u8ca0\u8cac\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u5ee2\u68c4\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6d88\u8017\u548c\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u3002\u5728\u6b50\u76df\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5df2\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u5305\u62ec\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u3001\u5851\u6599\u5236\u54c1\u3001\u7d19\u5f35\u3001\u91d1\u5c6c\u7b49\u591a\u500b\u7522\u696d\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u70ba\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u696d\u8f49\u578b\u5347\u7d1a\u548c\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u767c\u5c55\u6ce8\u5165\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u52d5\u529b\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u5f62\u6210\u5065\u5168\u7684\u56de\u6536\u7cfb\u7d71\u548c\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u9ad4\u7cfb\uff0c\u70ba\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u7684\u826f\u6027\u767c\u5c55\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6709\u529b\u4fdd\u969c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5c0d\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u8981\u6c42\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u653f\u5e9c\u3001\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u793e\u6703\u5404\u754c\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u8207\u5171\u8b58\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u70ba\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e8b\u696d\u51fa\u4e00\u4efd\u529b\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u4e0d\u50c5\u52a0\u901f\u4e86\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u9084\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u5176\u4ed6\u570b\u5bb6\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u53ef\u501f\u9452\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u548c\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u4f5c\u51fa\u4e86\u7a4d\u6975\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u52a9\u529b\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u6211\u5011\u671f\u5f85\u672a\u4f86\uff0c\u5404\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u80fd\u5920\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0d\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u7684\u652f\u6301\u548c\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u63a8\u52d5\u5168\u7403\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u7684\u84ec\u52c3\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5730\u7403\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u7f8e\u597d\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u52a9\u529b\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u696d\u767c\u5c55
