Economy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u5be6\u73fe\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u95dc\u9375<\/p>\n<p>\u6b50\u76df\u7684\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff08EPR\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u5be6\u73fe\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u95dc\u9375\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u88fd\u9020\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u8003\u616e\u6574\u500b\u88fd\u9020\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u4f7f\u7528\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\u8ca0\u8cac\u8655\u7406\u548c\u56de\u6536\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5be6\u65bdEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u65e8\u5728\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u8cc7\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u7387\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u5b83\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u8003\u616e\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u4fc3\u4f7f\u4f01\u696d\u5c0b\u6c42\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u6709\u6548\u7684\u751f\u7522\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u4f9d\u8cf4\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u9084\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u5c0b\u627e\u5275\u65b0\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5f62\u6210\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u7522\u696d\u93c8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b50\u76df\u7684EPR\u653f\u7b56\u6db5\u84cb\u4e86\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u7bc4\u7587\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u6750\u6599\u3001\u6c7d\u8eca\u96f6\u90e8\u4ef6\u7b49\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6709\u6548\u5730\u5f15\u5c0e\u4e0d\u540c\u7522\u696d\u5411\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u8f49\u578b\u3002\u5728EPR\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u56de\u6536\u7cfb\u7d71\u548c\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u4e26\u9010\u6b65\u5b8c\u5584\u4e86\u7522\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u898f\u6846\u67b6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5c0d\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u548c\u7522\u54c1\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u9f13\u52f5\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u6539\u8b8a\u4f7f\u7528\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u9078\u64c7\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u901a\u904e\u63d0\u9ad8\u5c0d\u56de\u6536\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\u548c\u4fe1\u4efb\uff0c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u53ef\u4ee5\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5be6\u65bdEPR\u653f\u7b56\u4e5f\u9762\u81e8\u4e00\u4e9b\u6311\u6230\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5efa\u7acb\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u548c\u57f7\u6cd5\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u548c\u7522\u54c1\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\u5c65\u884cEPR\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5f37\u516c\u773e\u5ba3\u50b3\u548c\u6559\u80b2\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u4eba\u5011\u5c0d\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\uff0c\u6539\u8b8a\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\u548c\u884c\u70ba\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u4e4b\u9593\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5f37\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u63a8\u52d5EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5408\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u7684EPR\u653f\u7b56\u662f\u5be6\u73fe\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u6b63\u5728\u9010\u6b65\u5efa\u7acb\u8d77\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u6846\u67b6\u548c\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u7dad\u8b77\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u3002\u96a8\u8457EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u5b8c\u5584\u548c\u6df1\u5165\u63a8\u9032\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u6b50\u76df\u5c07\u5728\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u9818\u57df\u53d6\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u986f\u8457\u7684\u6210\u5c31\uff0c\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u767c\u5c55\u4f5c\u51fa\u66f4\u591a\u91cd\u8981\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u5be6\u73fe\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u95dc\u9375
