Responsibility\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u65e8\u5728\u5efa\u8a2d\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u9ad4\u7cfb\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u653f\u7b56\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u63a8\u51fa\u7522\u54c1\u5230\u5e02\u5834\u4e0a\u5f8c\uff0c\u61c9\u7576\u5c0d\u8a72\u7522\u54c1\u5728\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u4e2d\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\u8ca0\u8d77\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u610f\u5473\u8457\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5fc5\u9808\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u3001\u518d\u5229\u7528\u548c\u8655\u7f6e\u8ca0\u8d77\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4fc3\u9032\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u548c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u5efa\u8a2d\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u9ad4\u7cfb\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u5b83\u9f13\u52f5\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u8a2d\u8a08\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u8981\u6c42\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8ca0\u64d4\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7f6e\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u8cc7\u6e90\u518d\u5229\u7528\u548c\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u6e1b\u91cf\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0cEPR\u9084\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u7522\u54c1\u5faa\u74b0\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u7684\u6700\u5927\u5316\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u5c0d\u65b0\u539f\u6599\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u70ba\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u9ad4\u7cfb\u7684\u5efa\u8a2d\u5960\u5b9a\u4e86\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u7d1b\u7d1b\u51fa\u53f0\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u898f\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u6db5\u84cb\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7522\u54c1\u7a2e\u985e\u7684EPR\u5236\u5ea6\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5fb7\u570b\u7684\u5305\u88dd\u689d\u4f8b\u8981\u6c42\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8ca0\u8cac\u5305\u88dd\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\uff1b\u6cd5\u570b\u901a\u904e\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8ca0\u64d4\u96fb\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\u8cac\u4efb\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff1b\u8377\u862d\u8981\u6c42\u751f\u7522\u8005\u53c3\u8207\u5851\u6599\u5305\u88dd\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u56de\u6536\u7b49\u7b49\u3002\u9019\u4e9bEPR\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u5efa\u7acb\u4e0d\u50c5\u70ba\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5236\u5ea6\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u4e5f\u70ba\u76f8\u95dc\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u6a5f\u9047\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u9084\u9762\u81e8\u8457\u4e00\u4e9b\u6311\u6230\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0cEPR\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u5efa\u7acb\u9700\u8981\u653f\u5e9c\u3001\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u516c\u773e\u7684\u5171\u540c\u53c3\u8207\u548c\u914d\u5408\uff0c\u9019\u5c31\u9700\u8981\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u5236\u5ea6\u548c\u6a5f\u5236\u4f86\u4fdd\u969c\u5404\u65b9\u5229\u76ca\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0cEPR\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u57f7\u884c\u9700\u8981\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5c65\u884c\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u9019\u5c31\u9700\u8981\u5efa\u7acb\u5065\u5168\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u9ad4\u7cfb\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u6280\u8853\u548c\u8cc7\u91d1\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u5728\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u6280\u8853\u65b9\u9762\u9084\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u4e0d\u8db3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u5efa\u8a2d\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u9ad4\u7cfb\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\uff0c\u5b83\u70ba\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u548c\u6e1b\u5c11\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5236\u5ea6\u652f\u6301\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8981\u60f3\u771f\u6b63\u5be6\u73feEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u9084\u9700\u8981\u653f\u5e9c\u3001\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u516c\u773e\u651c\u624b\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u5065\u5168\u7684\u5236\u5ea6\u548c\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u6b50\u76df\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u9ad4\u7cfb\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff08Extended
