Lifestyles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u5efa\u8a2d\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u5404\u5730\u5c0d\u65bc\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u91cd\u8996\u7a0b\u5ea6\u65e5\u76ca\u63d0\u9ad8\uff0c\u800c\u6b50\u6d32\u806f\u76df\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u5177\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u548c\u7d93\u6fdf\u806f\u76df\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u653f\u7b56\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff08Extended Producer Responsibility, EPR\uff09\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u5be6\u73fe\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u5efa\u8a2d\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8209\u63aa\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u8b02\u7684EPR\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u7684\u5168\u90e8\u968e\u6bb5\u8ca0\u8d77\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u3001\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7f6e\u7b49\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u5230\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u627f\u64d4\u8d77\u7522\u54c1\u4f7f\u7528\u5f8c\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u5730\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u751f\u7522\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b50\u76df\uff0cEPR\u5df2\u7d93\u6210\u70ba\u4e86\u63a8\u52d5\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u548c\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u898f\u3002\u6b50\u76df\u7684EPR\u5236\u5ea6\u6db5\u84cb\u4e86\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u7bc4\u7587\uff0c\u5982\u96fb\u5b50\u96fb\u5668\u8a2d\u5099\u3001\u5851\u6599\u5236\u54c1\u3001\u7d19\u5f35\u548c\u5305\u88dd\u7b49\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u88fd\u9020\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u8cc7\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u6548\u7387\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u4f7f\u7528\u5f8c\u8ca0\u8d77\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u5236\u5ea6\u4e0d\u50c5\u978f\u56fa\u4e86\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u4e2d\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u4e5f\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\u548c\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6d88\u8017\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5c0d\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u4e4b\u5916\uff0cEPR\u9084\u9700\u8981\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u793e\u6703\u5404\u754c\u7684\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u548c\u652f\u6301\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u9700\u8981\u5efa\u7acb\u5065\u5168\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u548c\u57f7\u6cd5\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u78ba\u4fddEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5f97\u5230\u6709\u6548\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u63d0\u4f9b\u6280\u8853\u6307\u5c0e\u548c\u8cc7\u91d1\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u3002\u800c\u793e\u6703\u5404\u754c\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0dEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5ba3\u50b3\u548c\u63a8\u5ee3\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u516c\u773e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u610f\u8b58\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u5927\u773e\u53c3\u8207\u74b0\u4fdd\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u5efa\u8a2d\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u4e0b\uff0c\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u958b\u59cb\u95dc\u6ce8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u5c0b\u6c42\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5c0d\u65bc\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u578b\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u4e5f\u5728\u9010\u6f38\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u9019\u7121\u7591\u6703\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u8f49\u578b\uff0c\u52a0\u901f\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u7684EPR\u653f\u7b56\u70ba\u5efa\u8a2d\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5236\u5ea6\u4fdd\u969c\u548c\u653f\u7b56\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u793e\u6703\u5404\u754c\u5408\u4f5c\u5171\u5efa\u7da0\u8272\u74b0\u5883\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5951\u6a5f\u3002\u671f\u5f85\u672a\u4f86\uff0c\u5728\u5168\u7403\u8303\u570d\u5167\u80fd\u5920\u66f4\u52a0\u6df1\u5165\u5730\u63a8\u52d5EPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u4f01\u696d\u7da0\u8272\u8f49\u578b\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\u5be6\u73fe\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u7f8e\u597d\u672a\u4f86\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EU
