Responsibility\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff09\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u5f15\u5c0e\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u9081\u5411\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6d88\u8cbb\u3002\u9019\u9805\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u8003\u616e\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u8ca0\u64d4\u8d77\u7522\u54c1\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u5ee2\u68c4\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u3002\u900f\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5e0c\u671b\u63d0\u9ad8\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5c0d\u65bc\u7522\u54c1\u8cc7\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\uff0c\u4e26\u9f13\u52f5\u4ed6\u5011\u4f5c\u51fa\u66f4\u52a0\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u9078\u64c7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u6709\u8457\u6df1\u9060\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5c07\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u63a5\u89f8\u5230\u5177\u6709\u74b0\u4fdd\u6a19\u8a8c\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u7522\u54c1\u5728\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u88fd\u9020\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u8003\u616e\u5230\u4e86\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u518d\u751f\u5229\u7528\u7684\u539f\u5247\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u5efa\u7acb\u4e00\u500b\u66f4\u52a0\u900f\u660e\u548c\u8ca0\u8cac\u4efb\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u6e05\u6670\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u4f86\u6e90\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u904e\u7a0b\u548c\u6700\u7d42\u8655\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u505a\u51fa\u7b26\u5408\u500b\u4eba\u50f9\u503c\u89c0\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u9078\u64c7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u4e0b\uff0c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\u4e5f\u5c07\u767c\u751f\u8f49\u8b8a\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u5c07\u66f4\u52a0\u95dc\u6ce8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u6027\uff0c\u9858\u610f\u70ba\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u652f\u4ed8\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u50f9\u683c\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5c07\u66f4\u52a0\u91cd\u8996\u5ee2\u68c4\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u5230\u74b0\u4fdd\u6d3b\u52d5\u4e2d\u4f86\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u8f49\u8b8a\u5c07\u63a8\u52d5\u5e02\u5834\u671d\u5411\u66f4\u52a0\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u4f01\u696d\u66f4\u52a0\u7a4d\u6975\u5730\u958b\u5c55\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u54c1\u7814\u767c\u548c\u751f\u7522\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u4ed8\u51fa\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u52a0\u6df1\u5165\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u9078\u64c7\u7b26\u5408\u74b0\u4fdd\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u4e26\u4e3b\u52d5\u53c3\u8207\u5230\u5ee2\u68c4\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4f86\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u9700\u8981\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u6539\u8b8a\u904e\u53bb\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u63a5\u53d7\u65b0\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\uff0c\u4e26\u9858\u610f\u70ba\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u51fa\u4e00\u4efd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u63a8\u884cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u662f\u5f15\u5c0e\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u9081\u5411\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6d88\u8cbb\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8209\u63aa\u3002\u901a\u904e\u9019\u9805\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5c07\u66f4\u52a0\u95dc\u6ce8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u6027\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u5230\u74b0\u4fdd\u884c\u52d5\u4e2d\u4f86\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u671d\u8457\u66f4\u52a0\u7da0\u8272\u3001\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u7b26\u5408\u7576\u524d\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c07\u70ba\u672a\u4f86\u4e16\u4ee3\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u5960\u5b9a\u826f\u597d\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76df\u63a8\u884cEPR\uff08Extended
