Responsibility\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u8ca0\u8d77\u66f4\u591a\u74b0\u4fdd\u8cac\u4efb\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8209\u63aa\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u5168\u7403\u5c0d\u65bc\u74b0\u5883\u554f\u984c\u65e5\u76ca\u95dc\u6ce8\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5be6\u73fe\u74b0\u4fdd\u8cac\u4efb\u4f7f\u547d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u9014\u5f91\u3002\u900f\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u9700\u8981\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u548c\u56de\u6536\u7b49\u5404\u500b\u74b0\u7bc0\u4e2d\u627f\u64d4\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u9700\u8981\u5f9e\u6e90\u982d\u4e0a\u601d\u8003\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e26\u7a4d\u6975\u63a1\u53d6\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u53ef\u4ee5\u512a\u5316\u7522\u54c1\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u8cc7\u6e90\u6d88\u8017\u548c\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u4e26\u9f13\u52f5\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u885d\u64ca\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u63d0\u4f9b\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5371\u5bb3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u4e2d\u627f\u64d4\u74b0\u4fdd\u8cac\u4efb\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u8981\u6c42\u4f01\u696d\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\u548c\u56de\u6536\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u4f01\u696d\u9700\u8981\u5236\u5b9a\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u56de\u6536\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u5728\u5831\u5ee2\u5f8c\u5f97\u5230\u6709\u6548\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5730\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u900f\u904e\u5efa\u7acb\u56de\u6536\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u4e0d\u50c5\u80fd\u5920\u6709\u6548\u8655\u7406\u7522\u54c1\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u5be6\u73fe\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u70ba\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e8b\u696d\u505a\u51fa\u7a4d\u6975\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u4e0d\u50c5\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u672c\u8eab\u6709\u76ca\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u5c0d\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u5e36\u4f86\u7a4d\u6975\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5f15\u9818\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u73fe\u74b0\u4fdd\u8cac\u4efb\u4f7f\u547d\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u7d93\u6fdf\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u4fdd\u8b77\u751f\u614b\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u7dad\u8b77\u4eba\u985e\u548c\u81ea\u7136\u754c\u7684\u548c\u8ae7\u5171\u8655\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\uff0c\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u5340\u958b\u59cb\u95dc\u6ce8\u4e26\u5f15\u5165EPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u901a\u904e\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u73fe\u74b0\u4fdd\u8cac\u4efb\u4f7f\u547d\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u70ba\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e8b\u696d\u4f5c\u51fa\u52aa\u529b\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u97ff\u61c9\u4e26\u843d\u5be6EPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6a39\u7acb\u4f01\u696d\u826f\u597d\u5f62\u8c61\uff0c\u9084\u80fd\u5920\u70ba\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u76e1\u4e00\u4efd\u5fc3\u529b\u3002\u76f8\u4fe1\u96a8\u8457EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u5b8c\u5584\u548c\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u5be6\u73fe\u74b0\u4fdd\u8cac\u4efb\u4f7f\u547d\u7684\u9053\u8def\u4e0a\u5c07\u8fce\u4f86\u66f4\u5ee3\u95ca\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u7a7a\u9593\uff0c\u70ba\u6253\u9020\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u548c\u793e\u6703\u4f5c\u51fa\u61c9\u6709\u7684\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u5f15\u9818\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u73fe\u74b0\u4fdd\u8cac\u4efb\u4f7f\u547d
