Responsibility\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u8d70\u5411\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8209\u63aa\u3002\u9019\u9805\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u7684\u6bcf\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u90fd\u627f\u64d4\u8d77\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u5230\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u900f\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5e0c\u671b\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u5f9e\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u201c\u4f7f\u7528-\u4e1f\u68c4\u201d\u6a21\u5f0f\u8f49\u8b8a\u70ba\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u751f\u7522\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5f15\u9818\u4f01\u696d\u8d70\u5411\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u5f81\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u201c\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u4ed8\u8cbb\u201d\u548c\u201c\u76e1\u8cac\u539f\u5247\u201d\u3002\u901a\u904e\u9019\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u5c07\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u8003\u616e\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u9054\u5230\u58fd\u547d\u7d42\u9ede\u6642\u8ca0\u8cac\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u4f01\u696d\u9700\u8981\u5c0b\u627e\u5275\u65b0\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u4f86\u6e1b\u5c11\u7522\u54c1\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7d0d\u5165\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u696d\u52d9\u6a21\u5f0f\u4e2d\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u5167\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u5faa\u74b0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u800c\u8a00\u65e2\u662f\u6311\u6230\u4e5f\u662f\u6a5f\u9047\u3002\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u9700\u8981\u8abf\u6574\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u751f\u7522\u548c\u7d93\u71df\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u6295\u5165\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8cc7\u6e90\u548c\u7cbe\u529b\u4f86\u6eff\u8db3\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u9019\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u589e\u52a0\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u6210\u672c\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u6a5f\u9047\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u958b\u767c\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u6eff\u8db3\u5e02\u5834\u5c0d\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u5347\u4f01\u696d\u5f62\u8c61\uff0c\u64f4\u5927\u5e02\u5834\u4efd\u984d\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\u7684\u63d0\u9ad8\uff0c\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u958b\u59cb\u91cd\u8996\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002\u6b50\u76df\u7684EPR\u653f\u7b56\u70ba\u9019\u4e9b\u4f01\u696d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u5f15\u9818\u4f01\u696d\u8d70\u5411\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u6307\u5357\u3002\u901a\u904e\u52a0\u5f37\u653f\u7b56\u5ba3\u50b3\u548c\u57f9\u8a13\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u6b63\u5728\u52aa\u529b\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u7a4d\u6975\u9069\u61c9\u9019\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u5be6\u8e10\u4e2d\u4e0d\u65b7\u63a2\u7d22\u5275\u65b0\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u5411\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5f9e\u9577\u9060\u4f86\u770b\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c07\u5c0d\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u7522\u751f\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u901a\u904e\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u6539\u5584\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u6709\u671b\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u904e\u5ea6\u6d88\u8017\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u548c\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4fdd\u8b77\u751f\u614b\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u5c07\u6fc0\u52f5\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u500b\u4eba\u52a0\u5165\u5230\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u4e2d\u4f86\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u70ba\u6253\u9020\u66f4\u52a0\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u5730\u7403\u4f5c\u51fa\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u4e4b\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c07\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u5e36\u4f86\u8af8\u591a\u6311\u6230\u548c\u6a5f\u9047\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u5c07\u5c0d\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u7522\u751f\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u61c9\u7a4d\u6975\u9069\u61c9\u9019\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u52a0\u5927\u5c0d\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5f15\u9818\u4f01\u696d\u8d70\u5411\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u5f81\u7a0b\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u70ba\u5efa\u8a2d\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u5730\u7403\u4f5c\u51fa
