\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u5f15\u9818\u5ee2\u7269\u8655\u7406\u65b0\u8da8\u52e2<\/p>\n

\u6b50\u76df\u6700\u8fd1\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u9805\u65e8\u5728\u5f15\u9818\u5ee2\u7269\u8655\u7406\u65b0\u8da8\u52e2\u7684\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u5373\u300c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\u300d\uff08EPR\uff09\u3002\u9019\u9805\u8a08\u5283\u65e8\u5728\u900f\u904e\u751f\u7522\u8005\u66f4\u7a4d\u6975\u5730\u53c3\u8207\u5ee2\u7269\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002\u5728\u9019\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u63a2\u8a0e\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u3001\u76ee\u6a19\u4ee5\u53ca\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u548c\u7522\u696d\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u4f86\u4e86\u89e3\u4e00\u4e0bEPR\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u3002EPR\u662f\u6307\u300cExtended Producer Responsibility\u300d\uff0c\u5373\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5b83\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u4e2d\u8ca0\u8d77\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u8655\u7f6e\u968e\u6bb5\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u8003\u616e\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u4e26\u627f\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u6210\u672c\u548c\u8cac\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n

EPR\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u6a19\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u7269\u7684\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5c07\u88ab\u9f13\u52f5\u8a2d\u8a08\u66f4\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u4e26\u627e\u5230\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u4f86\u8655\u7406\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4e26\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a8\u52d5\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u6e1b\u5c11\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6d6a\u8cbb\uff0c\u5c07\u5ee2\u7269\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u8cc7\u6e90\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5c07\u88ab\u9f13\u52f5\u95dc\u6ce8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\u548c\u56de\u6536\uff0c\u5728\u6574\u500b\u4f9b\u61c9\u93c8\u4e2d\u5efa\u7acb\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4fc3\u9032\u7d93\u6fdf\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5171\u540c\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u5c0d\u7522\u696d\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u4e5f\u5c07\u7522\u751f\u91cd\u5927\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0cEPR\u5c07\u8feb\u4f7f\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u91cd\u65b0\u601d\u8003\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u88fd\u9020\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u4e26\u52a0\u5f37\u8207\u5ee2\u7269\u8655\u7406\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u4fc3\u4f7f\u4f01\u696d\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u9075\u5b88\u74b0\u5883\u6cd5\u898f\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5176\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\u611f\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u5e36\u4f86\u9577\u671f\u7684\u7af6\u722d\u512a\u52e2\u3002<\/p>\n

\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0cEPR\u9084\u5c07\u63a8\u52d5\u5ee2\u7269\u8655\u7406\u7522\u696d\u7684\u5347\u7d1a\u548c\u8f49\u578b\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u5c0d\u5ee2\u7269\u8655\u7406\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u5c07\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5546\u6a5f\u548c\u5c31\u696d\u6a5f\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0cEPR\u4e5f\u5c07\u4fc3\u4f7f\u5ee2\u7269\u8655\u7406\u7522\u696d\u5411\u66f4\u7da0\u8272\u3001\u66f4\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u70ba\u6574\u500b\u7522\u696d\u5e36\u4f86\u65b0\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u6a5f\u9047\u3002<\/p>\n
