Society"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u5f15\u9818\u793e\u6703\u74b0\u4fdd\u98a8\u6f6e<\/p>\n<p>\u6b50\u76df(EU)\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u4f86\u90fd\u662f\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5f15\u9818\u8005\uff0c\u800c\u6700\u8fd1\u5f15\u8d77\u5ee3\u6cdb\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684EPR(Extended Producer Responsibility)\u653f\u7b56\u66f4\u662f\u518d\u6b21\u7a81\u986f\u4e86\u6b50\u76df\u5728\u74b0\u4fdd\u9818\u57df\u7684\u9818\u5c0e\u5730\u4f4d\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c07\u5c0d\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u7522\u751f\u6df1\u9060\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u4f01\u696d\u8cac\u4efb\u610f\u8b58\u7684\u63d0\u9ad8\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a8\u52d5\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u548c\u653f\u5e9c\u5171\u540c\u53c3\u8207\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5168\u793e\u6703\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u98a8\u6f6e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u201c\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u4ed8\u8cbb\u201d\u548c\u201c\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u627f\u64d4\u8cac\u4efb\u201d\u3002\u901a\u904e\u9019\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u5230\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u5f8c\u7e8c\u8655\u7406\u548c\u56de\u6536\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u6b64\u627f\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u4e00\u4f86\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5c31\u6703\u66f4\u52a0\u6ce8\u91cd\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u6027\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u8981\u6c42\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u9000\u5f79\u5f8c\u8ca0\u8cac\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u52d5\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6d6a\u8cbb\u548c\u7834\u58de\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u5f9e\u6e90\u982d\u4e0a\u89e3\u6c7a\u74b0\u5883\u554f\u984c\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u69cb\u5efa\u4e00\u500b\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u793e\u6703\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u8ca0\u8cac\u4efb\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u80fd\u5920\u6fc0\u52f5\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u53c3\u8207\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\uff0c\u7522\u54c1\u50f9\u683c\u5c07\u66f4\u52a0\u5ba2\u89c0\u5730\u53cd\u6620\u51fa\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u9019\u5c31\u610f\u5473\u8457\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5c07\u66f4\u52a0\u50be\u5411\u65bc\u9078\u64c7\u90a3\u4e9b\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u7522\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u7387\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u9593\u63a5\u5730\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u50f9\u683c\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u901a\u904e\u7d93\u6fdf\u624b\u6bb5\u4f86\u5f15\u5c0e\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u9078\u64c7\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5c07\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u52d5\u793e\u6703\u5c0d\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u7684\u95dc\u6ce8\u548c\u53c3\u8207\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u9084\u9700\u8981\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u5927\u529b\u652f\u6301\u548c\u76e3\u7ba1\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u7acb\u6cd5\u548c\u76e3\u7ba1\u4f86\u78ba\u4fddEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u4e26\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u5efa\u7acb\u56de\u6536\u7cfb\u7d71\u548c\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u4ee5\u61c9\u5c0d\u7522\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u6311\u6230\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u5ba3\u50b3\u6559\u80b2\u4f86\u63d0\u9ad8\u516c\u773e\u5c0d\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\u548c\u652f\u6301\u5ea6\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5168\u793e\u6703\u5c0d\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u5171\u8b58\u548c\u884c\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u7684EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7121\u7591\u5c07\u5f15\u9818\u793e\u6703\u74b0\u4fdd\u98a8\u6f6e\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u6fc0\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u8ca0\u8d77\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a8\u52d5\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u548c\u653f\u5e9c\u5171\u540c\u53c3\u8207\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5168\u793e\u6703\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u98a8\u6f6e\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u9019\u7a2e\u98a8\u6f6e\u80fd\u5920\u4e0d\u65b7\u58ef\u5927\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u671d\u8457\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u3001\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u5f15\u9818\u793e\u6703\u74b0\u4fdd\u98a8\u6f6e
