Responsibility\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\u7684\u6df1\u5165\u4eba\u5fc3\u3002\u9019\u9805\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u4e2d\u8ca0\u64d4\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5230\u8655\u7406\u8a72\u7522\u54c1\u8b8a\u6210\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u968e\u6bb5\u3002\u901a\u904e\u9019\u7a2e\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5e0c\u671b\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u751f\u7522\u66f4\u74b0\u4fdd\u3001\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u548c\u6613\u65bc\u8655\u7406\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u653f\u7b56\u5f37\u5316\u4e86\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u4e2d\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u8feb\u4f7f\u5176\u601d\u8003\u5982\u4f55\u6e1b\u5c11\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6d6a\u8cbb\u4ee5\u53ca\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u640d\u5bb3\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u8f49\u8b8a\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u5f9e\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u201c\u7dda\u6027\u7d93\u6fdf\u6a21\u5f0f\u201d\u8f49\u5411\u66f4\u52a0\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u201c\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u6a21\u5f0f\u201d\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u6b21\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u4e5f\u9f13\u52f5\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u66f4\u52a0\u95dc\u6ce8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u7279\u6027\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u627f\u64d4\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u6703\u66f4\u52a0\u9858\u610f\u751f\u7522\u7b26\u5408\u74b0\u4fdd\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u4e9b\u7522\u54c1\u4e5f\u5f80\u5f80\u80fd\u5920\u70ba\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5e36\u4f86\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u9ad4\u9a57\u3002\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5728\u8cfc\u8cb7\u5546\u54c1\u6642\u6703\u66f4\u52a0\u95dc\u6ce8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u6027\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5f62\u6210\u5c0d\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u4fc3\u9032\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u6539\u5584\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u9f13\u52f5\u4e86\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\u548c\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u3002\u6839\u64da\u9019\u9805\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u8003\u616e\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u627f\u64d4\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u5ee2\u68c4\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u4e5f\u4fc3\u4f7f\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u7a4d\u6975\u958b\u767c\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u7684\u65b0\u6750\u6599\u548c\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u518d\u751f\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u904e\u5ea6\u958b\u91c7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u63a8\u52d5\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\u8d77\u5230\u4e86\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5b83\u4e0d\u50c5\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u8f49\u578b\u70ba\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u751f\u7522\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u9084\u6fc0\u52f5\u4e86\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5c0d\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u95dc\u6ce8\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u518d\u751f\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u5229\u7528\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8b8a\u5316\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6709\u7406\u7531\u76f8\u4fe1\uff0c\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u5b8c\u5584\u548c\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\u5c07\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u4e43\u81f3\u5168\u7403\u8303\u570d\u5167\u66f4\u52a0\u6df1\u5165\u4eba\u5fc3\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u793e\u6703\u8d70\u5411\u66f4\u52a0\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff08Extended
