Responsibility\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u63a8\u52d5\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u529b\u91cf\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u5ee2\u68c4\u8655\u7406\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u4e2d\u90fd\u8981\u627f\u64d4\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u9019\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u8cc7\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u7387\uff0c\u4e26\u4fc3\u9032\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5f37\u5236\u751f\u7522\u5546\u627f\u64d4\u5ee2\u68c4\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u8655\u7406\u8cac\u4efb\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9f13\u52f5\u751f\u7522\u5546\u8a2d\u8a08\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u6613\u65bc\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u6709\u6548\u8655\u7406\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u8cc7\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4e26\u63a8\u52d5\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u8f49\u578b\u5347\u7d1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u7a4d\u6975\u5f71\u97ff\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7522\u751f\u4e86\u6df1\u9060\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u4f01\u696d\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5be6\u65bdEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5f37\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u5f9e\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u5230\u5f8c\u671f\u8655\u7406\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u8003\u616e\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u9019\u5c07\u63a8\u52d5\u4f01\u696d\u8f49\u578b\u5347\u7d1a\uff0c\u5275\u65b0\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u6280\u8853\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u800c\u8a00\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u666e\u53ca\uff0c\u5f15\u5c0e\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u9078\u64c7\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u610f\u8b58\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u96d6\u7136\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u986f\u8457\u6210\u6548\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u9084\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u4e9b\u6311\u6230\u548c\u554f\u984c\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0cEPR\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u57f7\u884c\u9700\u8981\u5145\u5206\u8003\u616e\u4e0d\u540c\u884c\u696d\u548c\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u7279\u9ede\uff0c\u5236\u5b9a\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\u548c\u6307\u5c0e\u65b9\u91dd\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u90e8\u9580\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0dEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u548c\u5f15\u5c0e\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u5404\u65b9\u80fd\u5920\u5168\u9762\u5c65\u884c\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u516c\u773e\u6559\u80b2\u548c\u5ba3\u50b3\u4e5f\u662f\u63a8\u52d5EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u74b0\u7bc0\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5f37\u76f8\u95dc\u77e5\u8b58\u7684\u666e\u53ca\u548c\u63a8\u5ee3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u4f5c\u70ba\u63a8\u52d5\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u529b\u91cf\uff0c\u70ba\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u3001\u8cc7\u6e90\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u548c\u7d93\u6fdf\u8f49\u578b\u5347\u7d1a\u4f5c\u51fa\u4e86\u7a4d\u6975\u8ca2\u737b\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u671f\u5f85\u898b\u5230\u66f4\u591a\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u63d0\u9ad8\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u5c0d\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u5171\u8b58\u548c\u652f\u6301\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u672a\u4f86\u767c\u63ee\u66f4\u52a0\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u5168\u7403\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u4e8b\u696d\u9081\u4e0a\u65b0\u7684\u53f0\u968e\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff08Extended
