Policies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u5275\u65b0<\/p>\n<p>\u6b50\u76df(EU)\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u4f86\u90fd\u662f\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u63a8\u52d5\u8005\uff0c\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\u66f4\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u52d5\u64f4\u5c55\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb(Extended Producer Responsibility, EPR)\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4ee5\u61c9\u5c0d\u65e5\u76ca\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u554f\u984c\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u5728\u65bc\u5f37\u5236\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7684\u6bcf\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u90fd\u8981\u627f\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u6e1b\u5c11\u7522\u54c1\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e26\u63a8\u52d5\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u8d77\u8457\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5f37\u5236\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u6027\uff0c\u5f9e\u6e90\u982d\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u885d\u64ca\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u767c\u5c55\u56de\u6536\u518d\u5229\u7528\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u7522\u54c1\u5305\u88dd\u7684\u6e1b\u91cf\u548c\u7c21\u5316\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u88fd\u9020\u548c\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b50\u76df\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u7bc4\u570d\u9010\u6f38\u64f4\u5927\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u5305\u62ec\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u3001\u5851\u6599\u5236\u54c1\u7b49\u5e38\u898b\u6d88\u8cbb\u54c1\uff0c\u9084\u5305\u62ec\u6c7d\u8eca\u3001\u5efa\u7bc9\u6750\u6599\u7b49\u5de5\u696d\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u9019\u8868\u660e\u6b50\u76df\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u63a8\u52d5\u5404\u884c\u696d\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u8f49\u578b\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u4e5f\u9084\u9762\u81e8\u8457\u4e00\u4e9b\u6311\u6230\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9700\u8981\u653f\u5e9c\u52a0\u5f37\u76e3\u7ba1\u548c\u57f7\u6cd5\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5c65\u884c\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u53ef\u80fd\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u751f\u7522\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u9020\u6210\u58d3\u529b\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u9700\u8981\u5ee3\u5927\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7684\u652f\u6301\u548c\u53c3\u8207\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63d0\u9ad8\u516c\u773e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u610f\u8b58\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u5c0d\u65bc\u4fc3\u9032\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u6b63\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u88fd\u9020\u696d\u5411\u7da0\u8272\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u65b9\u5411\u8f49\u578b\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u4f5c\u51fa\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u8ca2\u737b\u3002\u76f8\u4fe1\u5728\u672a\u4f86\uff0c\u96a8\u8457EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u5b8c\u5584\u548c\u6df1\u5165\u63a8\u9032\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5c07\u5728\u74b0\u4fdd\u9818\u57df\u53d6\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u986f\u8457\u7684\u6210\u5c31\uff0c\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e8b\u696d\u4f5c\u51fa\u65b0\u7684\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u5275\u65b0
