Responsibility\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u5f37\u5236\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u548c\u9032\u53e3\u5546\u5c0d\u5176\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u8ca0\u8d77\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u4ed6\u5011\u63a1\u7528\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u8cc7\u6e90\u6d6a\u8cbb\u3001\u6e1b\u5c11\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u9ad8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7387\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u578b\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u8003\u616e\u5230\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\uff0c\u9019\u4fc3\u4f7f\u4f01\u696d\u52a0\u901f\u7814\u767c\u548c\u61c9\u7528\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u6b50\u6d32\u6c7d\u8eca\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u6c7d\u8eca\u8a2d\u8a08\u4e2d\u7a4d\u6975\u5c0b\u6c42\u6e1b\u8f15\u8eca\u8f1b\u91cd\u91cf\u3001\u63d0\u9ad8\u71c3\u6cb9\u6548\u7387\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4e26\u958b\u767c\u96fb\u52d5\u548c\u6df7\u5408\u52d5\u529b\u6c7d\u8eca\uff0c\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u4e5f\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u958b\u767c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u63a8\u5ee3\u4f7f\u7528\u518d\u751f\u6750\u6599\u548c\u6e1b\u5c11\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u548c\u4eba\u985e\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u6b21\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u901a\u904e\u5efa\u7acb\u56de\u6536\u7cfb\u7d71\u548c\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u54c1\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u65bd\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\u7684\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u5408\u4f5c\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\u9ad4\u7cfb\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u4e86\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5206\u985e\u3001\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u6b50\u6d32\u570b\u5bb6\u5be6\u884c\u4e86\u5305\u62ec\u9650\u5851\u4ee4\u3001\u5ee2\u96fb\u6c60\u56de\u6536\u7b49\u591a\u9805\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u6c11\u773e\u53c3\u8207\u74b0\u4fdd\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u8de8\u570b\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\u7684\u5171\u4eab\u548c\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u6b50\u76df\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u9593\u5728\u74b0\u4fdd\u6280\u8853\u7814\u767c\u3001\u8cc7\u6e90\u56de\u6536\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u958b\u5c55\u5408\u4f5c\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u89e3\u6c7a\u74b0\u5883\u554f\u984c\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5728\u592a\u967d\u80fd\u3001\u98a8\u80fd\u7b49\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u5404\u570b\u79d1\u7814\u6a5f\u69cb\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u7a4d\u6975\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u548c\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u70ba\u5be6\u73fe\u78b3\u4e2d\u548c\u76ee\u6a19\u8ca2\u737b\u529b\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u4e4b\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\u7684\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u8d77\u5230\u4e86\u7a4d\u6975\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u751f\u7522\u548c\u5f8c\u671f\u8655\u7406\u4e2d\u66f4\u52a0\u6ce8\u91cd\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u5275\u65b0\u548c\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u76f8\u4fe1\u5728\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\u4e0d\u65b7\u63d0\u5347\u7684\u5927\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5c07\u5728\u66f4\u591a\u570b\u5bb6\u5f97\u5230\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u4fc3\u9032\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u826f\u6027\u5faa\u74b0\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\u7684\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528
