Union)\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u4f86\u90fd\u5728\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u5728\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u56de\u6536\u65b9\u9762\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u64f4\u5c55\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb(Extended Producer Responsibility, EPR)\u7684\u65b0\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u69cb\u5efa\u7da0\u8272\u4f9b\u61c9\u93c8\uff0c\u9019\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u91cd\u5927\u7a81\u7834\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u662f\u6307\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u7684\u5404\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u5f9e\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u5230\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u90fd\u9700\u627f\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u9700\u8981\u5c07\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\u7d0d\u5165\u8003\u616e\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u5831\u5ee2\u5f8c\u8ca0\u8cac\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b50\u76df\u63d0\u51fa\u64f4\u5c55EPR\u7684\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u6db5\u84cb\u66f4\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u7bc4\u7587\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u3001\u5851\u6599\u5236\u54c1\u3001\u5316\u599d\u54c1\u7b49\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u8feb\u4f7f\u751f\u7522\u8005\u66f4\u52a0\u95dc\u6ce8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u6027\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u4ed6\u5011\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u5faa\u74b0\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u4e26\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0d\u5ee2\u68c4\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u4f01\u696d\u800c\u8a00\uff0cEPR\u7684\u64f4\u5c55\u610f\u5473\u8457\u9700\u8981\u8abf\u6574\u751f\u7522\u548c\u4f9b\u61c9\u93c8\u7ba1\u7406\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u4ee5\u7b26\u5408\u66f4\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u4fc3\u4f7f\u4f01\u696d\u52a0\u5927\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u6280\u8853\u7684\u7814\u767c\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u63d0\u9ad8\u5c0d\u8cc7\u6e90\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u7684\u6280\u8853\u548c\u8a2d\u65bd\u5efa\u8a2d\u3002\u7e31\u89c0\u6574\u500b\u4f9b\u61c9\u93c8\uff0c\u5f9e\u539f\u6750\u6599\u63a1\u8cfc\u5230\u7522\u54c1\u88fd\u9020\uff0c\u518d\u5230\u7522\u54c1\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u5831\u5ee2\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u610f\u8b58\u548c\u884c\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u7684\u64f4\u5c55\u4e5f\u5c07\u5c0d\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7522\u751f\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5c07\u66f4\u52a0\u95dc\u6ce8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u6027\u80fd\u548c\u751f\u614b\u53cb\u597d\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e26\u66f4\u9858\u610f\u9078\u64c7\u7b26\u5408\u74b0\u4fdd\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u90a3\u4e9b\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\u74b0\u4fdd\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u8f49\u800c\u9078\u64c7\u5176\u4ed6\u66f4\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u54c1\uff0c\u9019\u5c07\u8feb\u4f7f\u4f01\u696d\u52a0\u5feb\u7522\u54c1\u8f49\u578b\uff0c\u4ee5\u9069\u61c9\u5e02\u5834\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u64f4\u5c55\u5c07\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u4f9b\u61c9\u93c8\u7684\u69cb\u5efa\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u9032\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u901a\u904e\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\u7684\u64f4\u5c55\uff0c\u5c07\u4fc3\u4f7f\u4f01\u696d\u66f4\u52a0\u95dc\u6ce8\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u8d70\u5411\u66f4\u74b0\u4fdd\u3001\u66f4\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u80fd\u5920\u5f97\u5230\u66f4\u591a\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u5340\u7684\u501f\u9452\u548c\u63a8\u5ee3\uff0c\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u505a\u51fa\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u69cb\u5efa\u7da0\u8272\u4f9b\u61c9\u93c8\u7684\u65b0\u5178\u7bc4
