Producer Responsibility\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff09\u7684\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u4e26\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u8a08\u5283\u5c07\u5c0d\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u548c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u9032\u884c\u64f4\u5c55\uff0c\u4f7f\u4ed6\u5011\u9700\u5c0d\u5176\u7522\u54c1\u5728\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u4e2d\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u8ca0\u8d77\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u8209\u63aa\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u5c07\u5c0d\u6b50\u76df\u5167\u90e8\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7522\u751f\u6df1\u9060\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u8a2d\u8a08\u7522\u54c1\u6642\u5c31\u61c9\u8003\u616e\u5230\u8a72\u7522\u54c1\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u58fd\u547d\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\u7684\u8655\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u751f\u7522\u8005\u9700\u8981\u601d\u8003\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u6027\u3001\u53ef\u518d\u5229\u7528\u6027\u4ee5\u53ca\u6700\u7d42\u8655\u7f6e\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5c07\u9019\u4e9b\u56e0\u7d20\u7d0d\u5165\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u7684\u521d\u671f\u968e\u6bb5\uff0cEPR\u6709\u671b\u4fc3\u4f7f\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u958b\u767c\u51fa\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0cEPR\u9084\u5c07\u5f37\u5316\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5c0d\u5176\u7522\u54c1\u5728\u9000\u5f79\u5f8c\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5c07\u9700\u8981\u6295\u5165\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8cc7\u6e90\u4f86\u78ba\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u901a\u904e\u5efa\u7acb\u56de\u6536\u7cfb\u7d71\u9084\u662f\u63d0\u4f9b\u9069\u7576\u7684\u8655\u7f6e\u8a2d\u65bd\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u63a8\u52d5\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5be6\u65bdEPR\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5c07\u9762\u81e8\u8457\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u6311\u6230\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5efa\u7acb\u4e00\u5957\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fddEPR\u8a08\u5283\u80fd\u5920\u5f97\u5230\u6709\u6548\u57f7\u884c\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u9084\u9700\u8981\u91c7\u53d6\u63aa\u65bd\u4f86\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u548c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u9019\u4e00\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u4f9b\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u652f\u6301\u548c\u6fc0\u52f5\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u9084\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5f37\u516c\u773e\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u9078\u64c7\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u6574\u500b\u5e02\u5834\u5411\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96d6\u7136EPR\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c07\u9762\u81e8\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u56f0\u96e3\u548c\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u4e00\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u63d0\u51fa\u6a19\u8a8c\u8457\u6b50\u76df\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u65b9\u9762\u8fc8\u51fa\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u6b65\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6709\u671b\u898b\u8b49\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u9032\u5165\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u4e0d\u50c5\u5c0d\u6b50\u76df\u5167\u90e8\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u548c\u7d93\u6fdf\u7522\u751f\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u5c07\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u5e36\u4f86\u65b0\u7684\u6a5f\u9047\u548c\u6311\u6230\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u901a\u904eEPR\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u5171\u540c\u958b\u5275\u4e00\u500b\u66f4\u52a0\u6e05\u6f54\u3001\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\uff1a\u958b\u5275\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u65b0\u5c40\u9762
