Responsibility\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff09\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u7576\u4eca\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u9818\u57df\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u9805\u91cd\u8981\u653f\u7b56\u8209\u63aa\u3002\u8a72\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u3001\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7522\u751f\u3001\u63d0\u9ad8\u8cc7\u6e90\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7387\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u767c\u63ee\u4e86\u95dc\u9375\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u51fa\u53f0\u4e0d\u50c5\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u5167\u90e8\u7522\u751f\u4e86\u6df1\u9060\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u5c0d\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u7522\u751f\u4e86\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u793a\u7bc4\u548c\u4fc3\u9032\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u5728\u65bc\u5f37\u8abf\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u7684\u6bcf\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u90fd\u61c9\u627f\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u751f\u7522\u8005\u4e0d\u50c5\u9700\u8981\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u8003\u616e\u8cc7\u6e90\u7bc0\u7d04\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u6027\uff0c\u9084\u9700\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u4f7f\u7528\u58fd\u547d\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\u8ca0\u8cac\u8655\u7406\u548c\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u5ee2\u68c4\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5f15\u5165\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u88ab\u6fc0\u52f5\u5c0b\u6c42\u5275\u65b0\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u6750\u6599\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u4ee5\u6700\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5730\u964d\u4f4e\u7522\u54c1\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u65bc\u5851\u9020\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\u8d77\u5230\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5728\u9078\u64c7\u5546\u54c1\u6642\uff0c\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u95dc\u6ce8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u6027\u80fd\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u3002\u800cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u5305\u88dd\u4e0a\u6a19\u793a\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u9019\u4f7f\u5f97\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u80fd\u5920\u66f4\u52a0\u76f4\u89c0\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u5c6c\u6027\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4fc3\u4f7f\u4ed6\u5011\u505a\u51fa\u66f4\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u9078\u64c7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6539\u5584\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\u548c\u56de\u6536\u9ad4\u7cfb\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\uff0c\u5404\u500b\u74b0\u7bc0\u7684\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u90fd\u88ab\u9f13\u52f5\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0d\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u90e8\u9580\u4e5f\u5728\u52a0\u5f37\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fddEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5168\u9762\u5be6\u65bd\u548c\u6709\u6548\u904b\u884c\u3002\u9019\u4f7f\u5f97\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\u9ad4\u7cfb\u66f4\u52a0\u5b8c\u5584\u548c\u9ad8\u6548\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u5be6\u73fe\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8cc7\u6e90\u5316\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u70ba\u5176\u4ed6\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u5340\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u5236\u5b9a\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6709\u76ca\u7684\u53c3\u8003\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u570b\u5bb6\u7d1b\u7d1b\u6548\u4eff\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u4e26\u6839\u64da\u672c\u570b\u5be6\u969b\u60c5\u6cc1\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u6539\u9032\u548c\u5b8c\u5584\u3002\u53ef\u4ee5\u9810\u898b\u7684\u662f\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5c07\u6703\u5728\u5168\u7403\u8303\u570d\u5167\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e8b\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u70ba\u5be6\u73fe\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u6ce8\u5165\u65b0\u7684\u52d5\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u4f5c\u7528\u4e0d\u50c5\u9ad4\u73fe\u5728\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u66f4\u9ad4\u73fe\u5728\u5c0d\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u7da0\u8272\u767c\u5c55\u89c0\u5ff5\u7684\u5f15\u9818\u548c\u63a8\u52d5\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u96a8\u8457EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u6df1\u5316\u548c\u5b8c\u5584\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u5c07\u6703\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e8b\u696d\u5e36\u4f86\u65b0\u7684\u5951\u6a5f\u548c\u6311\u6230\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An
