Producer Responsibility\uff0cEPR\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u5176\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u6230\u7565\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7d44\u6210\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u9019\u9805\u653f\u7b56\u65e8\u5728\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u7684\u6bcf\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u90fd\u627f\u64d4\u8d77\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u885d\u64ca\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u4e26\u63a8\u52d5\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u201c\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u4ed8\u8cbb\u201d\uff0c\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5fc5\u9808\u627f\u64d4\u7522\u54c1\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6210\u672c\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u8a2d\u8a08\u66f4\u52a0\u74b0\u4fdd\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u7d50\u675f\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u6642\u8ca0\u8cac\u8655\u7406\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7f6e\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a8\u52d5\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\u548c\u518d\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6d88\u8017\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u7bc4\u7587\u975e\u5e38\u5ee3\u6cdb\uff0c\u6db5\u84cb\u4e86\u591a\u500b\u7522\u54c1\u985e\u5225\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u6750\u6599\u3001\u6c7d\u8eca\u96f6\u90e8\u4ef6\u7b49\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7522\u54c1\u5728\u904e\u53bb\u5e38\u5e38\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\uff0c\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u79d1\u5b78\u5408\u7406\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5c0d\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u63d0\u51fa\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u5916\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u9084\u7a4d\u6975\u9f13\u52f5\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u53c3\u8207\u74b0\u4fdd\u884c\u52d5\u3002\u901a\u904e\u6559\u80b2\u5ba3\u50b3\u548c\u56de\u6536\u734e\u52f5\u7b49\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u5920\u63d0\u9ad8\u516c\u773e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u610f\u8b58\uff0c\u4e26\u6539\u8b8a\u6d88\u8cbb\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u9700\u8981\u653f\u5e9c\u3001\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u793e\u6703\u5404\u754c\u7684\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u9700\u8981\u5efa\u7acb\u5065\u5168\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u6a5f\u5236\u548c\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u6cd5\u898f\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u5247\u9700\u8981\u7a4d\u6975\u914d\u5408\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5c65\u884c\u597dEPR\u653f\u7b56\u6240\u8ce6\u4e88\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u793e\u6703\u5404\u754c\u4e5f\u61c9\u8a72\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5c0d\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u6b63\u5728\u5f15\u9818\u8457\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u5411\u524d\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u70ba\u5efa\u8a2d\u7f8e\u9e97\u7684\u5730\u7403\u6751\u4f5c\u51fa\u4e86\u61c9\u6709\u7684\u8ca2\u737b\u3002\u76f8\u4fe1\u5728\u4e0d\u4e45\u7684\u5c07\u4f86\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5c07\u5728\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u5340\u5f97\u5230\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e8b\u696d\u7684\u5171\u540c\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u74b0\u4fdd\u5f15\u9818\u8005\uff1a\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7b56\u7565
