Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u74b0\u4fdd\u65b0\u5f81\u7a0b\uff1a\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u8def\u5f91<\/p>\n<p>\u6b50\u76df(EU)\u4e00\u76f4\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u64f4\u5c55\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff08EPR\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u5be6\u73fe\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u751f\u7522\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u5de5\u5177\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002EPR\u653f\u7b56\u65e8\u5728\u9f13\u52f5\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u548c\u9032\u53e3\u5546\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u8003\u616e\u74b0\u5883\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u58fd\u547d\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\u8ca0\u8cac\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7f6e\u3002\u6b50\u76df\u6b63\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u52d5EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\uff0c\u63a2\u7d22\u66f4\u5177\u9ad4\u7684\u57f7\u884c\u8def\u5f91\uff0c\u4ee5\u61c9\u5c0d\u65e5\u76ca\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u6311\u6230\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u500b\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u9032\u5c55\u662f\u6b50\u76df\u5c0d\u5851\u6599\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u7684EPR\u653f\u7b56\u3002\u5851\u6599\u6c61\u67d3\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u5168\u7403\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u7126\u9ede\uff0c\u5c0d\u6d77\u6d0b\u751f\u614b\u7cfb\u7d71\u548c\u4eba\u985e\u5065\u5eb7\u9020\u6210\u56b4\u91cd\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u61c9\u5c0d\u9019\u4e00\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u5168\u9762\u7684\u5851\u6599\u6230\u7565\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u5f37\u5316EPR\u653f\u7b56\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u5851\u6599\u88fd\u54c1\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u8655\u7406\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u9f13\u52f5\u5851\u6599\u88fd\u54c1\u751f\u7522\u8005\u6539\u5584\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u4f7f\u7528\u4e0d\u53ef\u964d\u89e3\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u4e26\u8ca0\u64d4\u8d77\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u8209\u63aa\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u5851\u6599\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u885d\u64ca\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u5851\u6599\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u5efa\u7acb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5728\u63a8\u52d5EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4e5f\u9762\u81e8\u8457\u4e00\u4e9b\u6311\u6230\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u78ba\u4fdd\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u6709\u6548\u57f7\u884cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u3001\u5982\u4f55\u5e73\u8861\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7684\u6b0a\u76ca\u3001\u5982\u4f55\u5efa\u7acb\u8de8\u570b\u5408\u4f5c\u6a5f\u5236\u7b49\u90fd\u662f\u9700\u8981\u514b\u670d\u7684\u96e3\u984c\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u61c9\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u6b63\u52a0\u5f37\u8207\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u6e9d\u901a\u8207\u5354\u4f5c\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u5236\u5b9a\u66f4\u5177\u9ad4\u7684\u57f7\u884c\u7d30\u5247\u548c\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u78ba\u4fddEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5f97\u5230\u6709\u6548\u5be6\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u53c3\u8207\u5404\u65b9\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u90e8\u9580\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5f37\u76e3\u7ba1\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u78ba\u4fddEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5f97\u5230\u6709\u6548\u57f7\u884c\uff1b\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\uff0c\u52a0\u5927\u74b0\u4fdd\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u6539\u5584\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u5faa\u74b0\u7d93\u6fdf\u767c\u5c55\uff1b\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u4e5f\u61c9\u627f\u64d4\u8d77\u74b0\u4fdd\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u9078\u64c7\u7da0\u8272\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6d88\u8cbb\u3002\u50c5\u6709\u5404\u65b9\u901a\u529b\u5408\u4f5c\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u624d\u80fd\u771f\u6b63\u767c\u63ee\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u6b50\u76df\u8d70\u5411\u66f4\u74b0\u4fdd\u3001\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u65b0\u5f81\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u8def\u5f91\u5145\u6eff\u6a5f\u9047\u548c\u6311\u6230\u3002\u901a\u904e\u52a0\u5f37\u653f\u7b56\u57f7\u884c\u3001\u4fc3\u9032\u884c\u696d\u81ea\u5f8b\u3001\u5f15\u5c0e\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u9078\u64c7\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u5c07\u6210\u70ba\u6b50\u76df\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u63a8\u52d5\u529b\u91cf\uff0c\u70ba\u5be6\u73fe\u7da0\u8272\u3001\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u4f5c\u51fa\u7a4d\u6975\u8ca2\u737b\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\uff0c\u66f4\u591a\u5730\u5340\u548c\u570b\u5bb6\u80fd\u5920\u95dc\u6ce8\u4e26\u501f\u9452\u6b50\u76df\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u63a8\u52d5\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u9081\u5411\u65b0\u7684\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u74b0\u4fdd\u65b0\u5f81\u7a0b\uff1a\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u8def\u5f91
