Responsibility\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u66f4\u662f\u6b50\u76df\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u4eae\u9ede\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u767c\u63ee\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u201c\u6c61\u67d3\u8005\u4ed8\u8cbb\u201d\uff0c\u5373\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u548c\u5f8c\u7e8c\u8655\u7406\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u61c9\u627f\u64d4\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\u548c\u6210\u672c\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u978f\u56fa\u4e86\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\u610f\u8b58\uff0c\u4e5f\u9f13\u52f5\u4e86\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u518d\u751f\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u6574\u500b\u793e\u6703\u5411\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u7522\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8f49\u578b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6846\u67b6\u4e0b\uff0c\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u7d1b\u7d1b\u51fa\u53f0\u4e86\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u898f\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u5b8c\u5584\u7684EPR\u5236\u5ea6\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u5236\u5ea6\u4e3b\u8981\u5305\u62ec\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5206\u985e\u8655\u7406\u3001\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u9ad4\u7cfb\u5efa\u8a2d\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u8cac\u4efb\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5177\u9ad4\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u6db5\u84cb\u4e86\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u7bc4\u7587\uff0c\u5982\u96fb\u5b50\u5783\u573e\u3001\u5851\u6599\u5236\u54c1\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u6750\u6599\u7b49\u3002\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u5df2\u7d93\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u986f\u8457\u7684\u6210\u5c31\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u4e86\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u548c\u518d\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u50ac\u751f\u4e86\u74b0\u5883\u670d\u52d9\u7522\u696d\u7684\u84ec\u52c3\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u5728EPR\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u516c\u53f8\u7d1b\u7d1b\u6295\u8eab\u65bc\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u7522\u696d\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u56de\u6536\u8655\u7406\u3001\u74b0\u5883\u76e3\u6e2c\u6cbb\u7406\u7b49\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u70ba\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u6ce8\u5165\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u4e5f\u64f4\u5927\u4e86\u5c31\u696d\u5c80\u53e3\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u7da0\u8272\u6280\u8853\u7684\u7814\u767c\u8207\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u7da0\u8272\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u589e\u9577\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u9084\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u4e9b\u554f\u984c\u548c\u6311\u6230\u3002\u9996\u5148\u662f\u8de8\u5883\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u79fb\u52d5\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u67d0\u4e9b\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u5340\u70ba\u4e86\u898f\u907fEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u5728\u8de8\u5883\u8f49\u79fb\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u65b9\u9762\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u6f0f\u6d1e\uff0c\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u52a0\u5287\u4e86\u90e8\u5206\u5730\u5340\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u4e5f\u640d\u5bb3\u4e86EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u6548\u679c\u3002\u5176\u6b21\u662fEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u57f7\u884c\u6210\u672c\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u5c0f\u5fae\u4f01\u696d\u9762\u81e8\u8457EPR\u653f\u7b56\u5be6\u65bd\u6210\u672c\u904e\u9ad8\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u884c\u696d\u5354\u6703\u7684\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u652f\u6301\u548c\u5e6b\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u7684EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7121\u7591\u662f\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u5be6\u73fe\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u5728\u672a\u4f86\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u9084\u61c9\u7e7c\u7e8c\u6539\u9032EPR\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u52a0\u5927\u76e3\u7ba1\u529b\u5ea6\uff0c\u89e3\u6c7a\u653f\u7b56\u5be6\u65bd\u4e2d\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e26\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u64f4\u5927EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u9069\u7528\u7bc4\u570d\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u4fdd\u4e8b\u696d\u4f5c\u51fa\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u7da0\u8272\u65b0\u5f81\u7a0b\uff1a\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5168\u9762\u89e3\u8b80
