Producer Responsibility\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u751f\u7522\u8005\u8cac\u4efb\uff09\u653f\u7b56\u4f5c\u70ba\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u5f15\u9818\u529b\u91cf\uff0c\u6b63\u5728\u5f15\u9818\u8457\u4eba\u5011\u6539\u8b8a\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u54c1\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u627f\u64d4\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8cac\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPR\u653f\u7b56\u5f37\u8abf\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u8005\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u968e\u6bb5\u5c31\u61c9\u8a72\u8003\u616e\u5230\u8a72\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8cc7\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u3001\u7522\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u548c\u5faa\u74b0\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7b49\u74b0\u7bc0\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u751f\u7522\u8005\u9700\u8981\u5c0b\u627e\u66f4\u74b0\u4fdd\u3001\u66f4\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u4e26\u8a2d\u8a08\u51fa\u66f4\u6613\u65bc\u56de\u6536\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u901a\u904eEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u9f13\u52f5\u5404\u884c\u696d\u52a0\u5f37\u8cc7\u6e90\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u7522\u54c1\u5faa\u74b0\u518d\u5229\u7528\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5728\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u9818\u57df\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\u751f\u7522\u5546\u8ca0\u8cac\u56de\u6536\u548c\u8655\u7406\u5ee2\u68c4\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u96fb\u5b50\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u63a8\u52d5\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5c0d\u751f\u7522\u8005\u63d0\u51fa\u66f4\u9ad8\u8981\u6c42\u5916\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u9084\u6fc0\u52f5\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u6539\u8b8a\u6d88\u8cbb\u89c0\u5ff5\uff0c\u9078\u64c7\u66f4\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5efa\u7acb\u56de\u6536\u9ad4\u7cfb\u548c\u52a0\u5f37\u5ba3\u50b3\u6559\u80b2\uff0cEPR\u653f\u7b56\u8b93\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u66f4\u52a0\u95dc\u6ce8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u4e26\u4e3b\u52d5\u53c3\u8207\u5230\u7522\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u5f15\u9818\u529b\u91cf\u4e0d\u50c5\u9ad4\u73fe\u5728\u7522\u54c1\u751f\u7522\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u74b0\u7bc0\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u6d3b\u65b0\u6642\u5c1a\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u3002\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u958b\u59cb\u95dc\u6ce8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u74b0\u4fdd\u751f\u7522\uff0c\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u7b26\u5408\u5e02\u5834\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4e5f\u9ad4\u73fe\u4e86\u4f01\u696d\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96a8\u8457EPR\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u5b8c\u5584\u548c\u6df1\u5316\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u6d3b\u65b0\u6642\u5c1a\u6703\u5728\u5168\u7403\u8303\u570d\u5167\u5f97\u5230\u63a8\u5ee3\u548c\u666e\u53ca\uff0c\u4eba\u5011\u5c07\u66f4\u52a0\u6ce8\u91cd\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u7bc0\u7d04\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u5e36\u52d5\u7da0\u8272\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u4e26\u5171\u540c\u5efa\u8a2d\u4e00\u500b\u66f4\u52a0\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u5730\u7403\u5bb6\u5712\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u7da0\u8272\u751f\u6d3b\u65b0\u6642\u5c1a\uff1a\u6b50\u76dfEPR\u7684\u5f15\u9818\u529b\u91cf
