First"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u79d1\u6280\u7684\u9032\u6b65\u548c\u91ab\u7642\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u4eba\u5011\u5c0d\u65bc\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u85e5\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u7684\u95dc\u6ce8\u5ea6\u4e5f\u8207\u65e5\u4ff1\u589e\u3002\u5728\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u98df\u54c1\u85e5\u54c1\u76e3\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08FDA\uff09\u4f5c\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5177\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u548c\u6b0a\u5a01\u6027\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u85e5\u54c1\u76e3\u7ba1\u6a5f\u69cb\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u5176\u4e00\u8cab\u5805\u6301\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u5c31\u662f&#8221;\u5b89\u5168\u7b2c\u4e00&#8221;\u3002<\/p>\n<p>FDA\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u4f86\u90fd\u628a\u4fdd\u8b77\u516c\u773e\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u78ba\u4fdd\u98df\u54c1\u3001\u85e5\u54c1\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u4f5c\u70ba\u9996\u8981\u4efb\u52d9\u3002\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u65b0\u85e5\u7684\u7814\u767c\u4e0a\u5e02\u9084\u662f\u98df\u54c1\u6dfb\u52a0\u5291\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\uff0cFDA\u90fd\u59cb\u7d42\u5805\u6301\u8457\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\u548c\u5be9\u6838\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002\u901a\u904e\u4e0d\u65b7\u5730\u52a0\u5f37\u76e3\u7ba1\uff0cFDA\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u56e0\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u85e5\u54c1\u4f7f\u7528\u800c\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u4fdd\u969c\u516c\u773e\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u548c\u5065\u5eb7\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u65b0\u85e5\u7684\u5be9\u6279\uff0cFDA\u5f9e\u4f86\u4e0d\u99ac\u864e\u3002\u5728\u85e5\u54c1\u7684\u7814\u767c\u548c\u7533\u5831\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0cFDA\u6703\u5c0d\u85e5\u54c1\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u6709\u6548\u6027\u9032\u884c\u8a73\u7d30\u7684\u8a55\u4f30\u548c\u5be9\u6838\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u85e5\u54c1\u5728\u4e0a\u5e02\u5f8c\u80fd\u5920\u5c0d\u60a3\u8005\u7522\u751f\u9810\u671f\u7684\u7642\u6548\u4e26\u4e14\u4e0d\u6703\u5c0d\u60a3\u8005\u7522\u751f\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\u4e0d\u50c5\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u65b0\u85e5\u7684\u54c1\u8cea\uff0c\u4e5f\u8b93\u516c\u773e\u5c0d\u65bc\u4f7f\u7528\u9019\u4e9b\u85e5\u54c1\u6642\u66f4\u52a0\u653e\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0cFDA\u5c0d\u65bc\u98df\u54c1\u6dfb\u52a0\u5291\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u4e5f\u540c\u6a23\u56b4\u683c\u3002\u5728\u9032\u884c\u98df\u54c1\u6dfb\u52a0\u5291\u7684\u5be9\u6279\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u7ba1\u7406\u6642\uff0cFDA\u6703\u5c0d\u5404\u7a2e\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0d\u4eba\u9ad4\u5065\u5eb7\u9020\u6210\u640d\u5bb3\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u6dfb\u52a0\u5291\u9032\u884c\u8a55\u4f30\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u5728\u7d93\u904e\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u79d1\u5b78\u8a55\u4f30\u5f8c\u4e26\u4e14\u88ab\u8b49\u5be6\u5c0d\u4eba\u9ad4\u7121\u5bb3\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u98df\u54c1\u6dfb\u52a0\u5291\u624d\u6703\u7372\u51c6\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u653f\u7b56\u6709\u6548\u5730\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e86\u516c\u773e\u514d\u53d7\u6709\u5bb3\u98df\u54c1\u6dfb\u52a0\u5291\u7684\u4fb5\u5bb3\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u4e86\u98df\u54c1\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u5065\u5eb7\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5168\u7403\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u85e5\u54c1\u5e02\u5834\u65e5\u76ca\u5168\u7403\u5316\u7684\u4eca\u5929\uff0cFDA\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u4f5c\u7528\u66f4\u52a0\u986f\u5f97\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5927\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u85e5\u54c1\u5e02\u5834\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u6a19\u6e96\u548c\u653f\u7b56\u5f80\u5f80\u6703\u5c0d\u5176\u4ed6\u570b\u5bb6\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u9032\u5165\u7522\u751f\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cFDA\u6240\u5021\u5c0e\u7684&#8221;\u5b89\u5168\u7b2c\u4e00&#8221;\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u4e0d\u50c5\u50c5\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u7f8e\u570b\u516c\u773e\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u5728\u5f71\u97ff\u8457\u5168\u7403\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u85e5\u54c1\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u8cea\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0cFDA\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u4f86\u90fd\u5805\u6301\u8457&#8221;\u5b89\u5168\u7b2c\u4e00&#8221;\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u7406\u5ff5\u8cab\u7a7f\u65bc\u5176\u76e3\u7ba1\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u85e5\u54c1\u7684\u6574\u500b\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u3002\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u5c0d\u65bc\u65b0\u85e5\u7684\u5be9\u6279\u9084\u662f\u5c0d\u65bc\u98df\u54c1\u6dfb\u52a0\u5291\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\uff0cFDA\u90fd\u59cb\u7d42\u5c07\u516c\u773e\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u5b89\u5168\u653e\u5728\u9996\u4f4d\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u85e5\u54c1\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u6709\u6548\u6027\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u85e5\u54c1\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In
