\u98df\u54c1\u8a8d\u8b49\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u908f\u8f2f,\u6e90\u81ea\u65bc\u7f8e\u570b\u300a\u751f\u7269\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u7fa9\u6cd5\u6848\uff08Bioterrorism Act\uff09\u300b\u8207\u300a\u98df\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u73fe\u4ee3\u5316\u6cd5\u6848\uff08FSMA\uff09\u300b,\u76ee\u7684\u5728\u65bc\u5efa\u7acb\u300c\u4e8b\u524d\u638c\u63e1\u3001\u4e8b\u4e2d\u8ffd\u8e64\u3001\u4e8b\u5f8c\u67e5\u9a57\u300d\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u7ba1\u7406\u6a5f\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f9d\u64da FDA \u7684\u516c\u958b\u8aaa\u660e,\u6240\u6709\u5411\u7f8e\u570b\u51fa\u53e3\u98df\u54c1\u7684\u5883\u5916\u8a2d\u65bd,\u5fc5\u9808\u5148\u5b8c\u6210\u8a2d\u65bd\u8a3b\u518a,\u53d6\u5f97\u300c\u8a3b\u518a\u865f\u78bc\uff08Registration Number\uff09\u300d,\u518d\u65bc\u6bcf\u6279\u8ca8\u7269\u9032\u53e3\u524d\u63d0\u4ea4\u300c\u9032\u53e3\u524d\u901a\u77e5\uff08Prior Notice\uff09\u300d,\u4e26\u96a8\u6642\u914d\u5408 FDA \u7684\u6aa2\u9a57\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u9019\u4e09\u9805\u8981\u6c42\u7f3a\u4e00\u4e0d\u53ef,\u4e14\u9700\u6301\u7e8c\u7dad\u6301\u5408\u898f\u72c0\u614b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>official 10 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u81f3 12 \u6708 31 \u65e5\uff09\u3002\u82e5\u8a2d\u65bd\u8cc7\u6599\u6709\u8b8a\u66f4,\u4e5f\u9700\u65bc 60
