of Health and Human Services\uff09\u3002FDA\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8077\u8cac\u662f\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u4fc3\u9032\u516c\u773e\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u76e3\u7ba1\u548c\u76e3\u7763\u98df\u54c1\u3001\u85e5\u54c1\u3001\u91ab\u7642\u5668\u68b0\u3001\u5316\u599d\u54c1\u3001\u52d5\u7269\u85e5\u54c1\u548c\u7159\u8349\u7522\u54c1\u7b49\u3002FDA\u5099\u6848\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4fdd\u969c\u7522\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u63d0\u9ad8\u5e02\u5834\u7af6\u722d\u529b\u3001\u589e\u5f37\u54c1\u724c\u4fe1\u8b7d\u3001\u4fbf\u5229\u8de8\u5883\u8cbf\u6613\u548c\u4fc3\u9032\u4f01\u696d\u6539\u9032\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u4f01\u696d\u901a\u904eFDA\u5099\u6848\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u5408\u6cd5\u9032\u5165\u7f8e\u570b\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u7372\u5f97\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u548c\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u4fe1\u4efb\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u9577\u9060\u5229\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div Modernization Act\uff0cFSMA\uff09\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u5411\u7f8e\u570b\u51fa\u53e3\u98df\u54c1\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u5fc5\u9808\u5728FDA\u9032\u884c\u8a3b\u518a\u3002\u9019\u662f\u78ba\u4fdd\u9032\u53e3\u98df\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6cd5\u5f8b\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u6c92\u6709\u5b8c\u6210FDA\u8a3b\u518a\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u62d2\u7d55\u9032\u53e3\uff0c\u8a3b\u518a\u662f\u7522\u54c1\u9032\u5165\u7f8e\u570b\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\u689d\u4ef6\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p><p>\u5408\u898f\u5c0d\u8c61\uff1a\u51fa\u8ca8\u7f8e\u570b\u4efb\u4f55\u6d89\u53ca\u98df\u54c1\u751f\u7522\u3001\u52a0\u5de5\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u3001\u9032\u53e3\u3001\u6279\u767c\u3001\u96f6\u552e\u548c\u9910\u98f2\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u500b\u4eba\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u9075\u5b88FDA\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u5408\u898f\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p><p>\u5099\u6848\u6240\u9700\u6587\u4ef6:\u7533\u8acb\u8868\u3001\u9127\u767d\u6c0f\u865f\u78bc\u3001\u7f8e\u570b\u6388\u6b0a\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u3002<\/p><p>\u5e38\u898b\u7522\u54c1\u662f\u52a0\u5de5\u98df\u54c1\u3001\u98f2\u6599\u3001\u70d8\u57f9\u98df\u54c1\u3001\u4e73\u88fd\u54c1\u3001\u52a0\u5de5\u8089\u985e\uff08\u5982\u9999\u8178\u3001\u57f9\u6839\uff09\u3001\u51b7\u51cd\u8089\u985e\u3001\u5373\u98df\u8089\u985e\u7522\u54c1\u7b49\u3001\u9b5a\u985e\u3001\u8c9d\u985e\u3001\u52a0\u5de5\u6d77\u9bae\u7522\u54c1\uff08\u5982\u7f50\u88dd\u91d1\u69cd\u9b5a\u3001\u51b7\u51cd\u8766\uff09\u7b49\u3002\u5404\u985e\u65b0\u9bae\u6c34\u679c\u548c\u852c\u83dc\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6709\u6a5f\u548c\u975e\u6709\u6a5f\u7522\u54c1\u3001\u4e7e\u679c\u548c\u5805\u679c\u3001\u5404\u7a2e\u70f9\u98ea\u7528\u7684\u8abf\u6599\u3001\u9999\u6599\u3001\u7cd6\u3001\u9e7d\u3001\u6cb9\u7b49\u3001\u9632\u8150\u5291\u3001\u8457\u8272\u5291\u3001\u589e\u5473\u5291\u3001\u7a69\u5b9a\u5291\u7b49\u3001\u81b3\u98df\u88dc\u5145\u5291\u3001\u5404\u985e\u5bf5\u7269\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u96f6\u98df\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u9075\u5b88FDA\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act\uff09\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u5e02\u5834\u92b7\u552e\u7684\u5316\u599d\u54c1\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u7b26\u5408FDA\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u898f\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6210\u5206\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3001\u6a19\u7c64\u548c\u5305\u88dd\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u672a\u7d93FDA\u5408\u898f\u7684\u5316\u599d\u54c1\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u4e0d\u5408\u6cd5\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u7f8e\u570b\u6d77\u95dc\u6263\u7559\u6216\u62d2\u7d55\u9032\u53e3\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u53ef\u80fd\u9762\u81e8\u7f70\u6b3e\u548c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8cac\u4efb\u3002<span 1rem;\">\u6240\u6709\u6d89\u53ca\u5316\u599d\u54c1\u751f\u7522\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u3001\u9032\u53e3\u3001\u5206\u92b7\u3001\u96f6\u552e\u3001\u7814\u767c\u3001\u5ee3\u544a\u548c\u5e02\u5834\u71df\u92b7\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u500b\u4eba\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u9075\u5b88FDA\u7684\u5316\u599d\u54c1\u5408\u898f\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8981\u6c42\u5305\u62ec\u6210\u5206\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3001\u7522\u54c1\u6a19\u7c64\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u6750\u6599\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u4ee5\u53ca\u751f\u7522\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u885b\u751f\u6a19\u6e96\u7b49\u3002\u9075\u5b88\u9019\u4e9b\u898f\u7bc4\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4fdd\u969c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u63d0\u5347\u7522\u54c1\u5e02\u5834\u7af6\u722d\u529b\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u4fe1\u8b7d\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/span><\/p><p><span
