\u82f1\u570bFRS \u4f4e\u7a05\u7387Flat VAT7.5%\uff08\u7b2c\u4e00\u5e74\u512a\u60e01%\uff09\uff0c\u70ba\u7d71\u4e00\u8cbb\u7387\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u76f8\u6bd4\u6a19\u6e96\u7a05\u7387Standard VAT20%\uff0c\u4f4e\u7a05\u7387\u662f\u6bd4\u8f03\u4f4e\u7684\u3002\u5b83\u5141\u8a31\u60a8\u4f7f\u7528\u4e00\u500b\u56fa\u5b9a\u7684\u8cbb\u7387\u4e58\u4ee5\u4f60\u7684\u7e3d\u542b\u7a05\u71df\u696d\u984d\u4f86\u8a08\u7b97\u589e\u503c\u7a05\uff0c\u56fa\u5b9a\u8cbb\u7387\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u696d\u52d9\u7684\u985e\u578b\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u7533\u5831\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0d\u662f\u50b3\u8aaa\u4e2d\u7684\u4f4e\u7533\u5831\uff0c\u662f\u6eff\u8db3\u7a05\u5c40\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u5408\u898f\u64cd\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5f9e2017\u5e744\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\uff0cFRS\u7533\u5831\u7684\u7a05\u91d1\u8a08\u7b97\u7a05\u7387\u5c07\u7531\u539f\u5148\u7684\u55ae\u4e00\u7a05\u73877.5%\u8abf\u6574\u70ba\u5169\u7a2e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7a05\u73877.5%\u548c16.5%\uff0c16.5%\u662f\u5c6c\u65bc\u4ee5\u4e0a\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\u7b2c2\u689d\u4ef6\u7684\u4f4e\u7a05\u7387\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u7a05\u5c40\u6703\u8a8d\u70ba\u4f60\u8ce3\u7684\u662f\u5962\u4f88\u54c1\uff0c\u6545Flat VAT\u7a05\u7387\u5c07\u6703\u6309\u7167\u6700\u9ad8\u7684flat vat\u7a05\u738716.5%\u4f86\u8abf\u6574\u8a08\u7b97\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

03 \u5982\u4f55\u7533\u8acb\u4f4e\u7a05\u7387<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8a3b\u518aVAT\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u8ce3\u5bb6\u61c9\u8a72\u7684\u63d0\u51fa\u7a05\u7387\u4f7f\u7528\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u7531\u7a05\u4ee3\u8a3b\u518a\u6210\u529fVAT\u5f8c\uff0c\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5411\u7a05\u5c40\u63d0\u4ea4\u4f4e\u7a05\u7387\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u6642\u6548\u662f1-3\u500b\u6708\u3002\u7576\u7136\uff0c\u4f4e\u7a05\u7387\u7533\u8acb\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u90fd\u80fd\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u7a05\u5c40\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u56e0\u67d0\u4e9b\u539f\u56e0\u62d2\u7d55\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u76ee\u524d\u5b58\u5728\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u7a05\u4ee3\u5be6\u969b\u6c92\u6709\u6210\u529f\u70ba\u5ba2\u6236\u7533\u8acbFlat vat\u4f4e\u7a05\u7387\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u537b\u7d66\u5ba2\u6236\u6309\u7167flat vat\u7a05\u7387\u8a08\u7b97\uff0c\u800c\u5c0e\u81f4\u7a05\u5c40\u67e5\u7a05\u7f70\u6b3e\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u8ce3\u5bb6\u9078\u64c7\u7a05\u52d9\u4ee3\u7406\u6642\uff0c\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u6167\u773c\u7504\u5225\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

04 Flat VAT\u7a05\u7387\u548cStandard VAT\u7a05\u7387\u7684\u8f49\u63db<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u9023\u7e8c 4 \u500b\u5b63\u5ea6\u7533\u5831\u7e3d\u92b7\u552e\u984d\u8d85\u904e 23 \u842c\u82f1\u938a\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u60a8\u5c07\u9000\u51faFRS\uff0c\u7a05\u5c40\u6703\u5f37\u5236\u5f9e\u4e0b\u4e00\u500b\u5b63\u5ea6\u8d77\uff0c\u8abf\u6574\u70ba Standard VAT \u7a05\u7387\u3002\u9019 2 \u500b\u7a05\u7387\u65b9\u6848\u8abf\u6574\u4e00\u5e74\u53ea\u80fd\u8abf\u6574\u4e00\u6b21\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5ba2\u6236\u662f Standard VAT\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u770b\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\u9023\u7e8c\u7533\u5831 4 \u500b\u5b63\u5ea6\uff0c\u7e3d\u92b7\u552e\u984d\u5c0f\u65bc 15 \u842c\u82f1\u938a\uff0c\u624d\u53ef\u4ee5\u8abf\u6574\u56de Flat vat\u7a05\u7387\uff0c\u4e26\u6700\u665a\u5728\u4e0b\u6b21\u7533\u5831\u524d30\u5929\u5411\u7a05\u5c40\u7533\u8acb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flat VAT 7.5%\u6bd4\u8d77 Standard VAT 20%\uff0c\u7a05\u7387\u78ba\u5be6\u662f\u4f4e\u4e0d\u5c11\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u53ef\u4ee5\u62b5\u6263\u9032\u53e3 VAT \u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u542b VAT \u767c\u7968\u3002\u8ce3\u5bb6\u9084\u662f\u8981\u6839\u64da\u81ea\u5df1\u5be6\u969b\u7684\u767c\u8ca8\u548c\u92b7\u552e\u60c5\u6cc1\u8003\u616e\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u9069\u5408\u7684\u624d\u6700\u512a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
