Registry\uff09\u7533\u8acb\u524d\uff0c\u9700\u6ce8\u610f\u54ea\u4e9b\u4e8b\u9805\uff1a<br>1\u3001\u78ba\u4fdd\u7576\u524d\u7533\u8acb\u63d0\u4ea4\u8cc7\u6599\u662f\u7531\u7f8e\u570b\u57f7\u884c\u5f8b\u5e2b\u4e26\u4e14\u6709\u6548\u8a3b\u518a\u5546\u6a19\u3002<br>2\u3001\u907f\u958b\u4f7f\u7528\u53d7\u5230\u7f8e\u570b\u5c08\u5229\u5546\u6a19\u5c40\uff08USPTO\uff09\u8655\u7f70\u904e\u7684\u5f8b\u5e2b\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u906d\u53d7\u8a50\u9a19\u4e26\u4e14\u5c0e\u81f4\u5f8c\u7e8c\u7684\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u7d93\u6fdf\u6642\u9593\u640d\u5931\u3002<br>3\u3001\u5efa\u8b70\u9078\u64c7\u4ee3\u7406\u8a3b\u518a\u6642\uff0c\u591a\u505a\u653b\u7565\uff1b\u907f\u514d\u8e29\u96f7\u3002\u540c\u6642\u5982\u6709\u9700\u8981\u54c1\u724c\u8a3b\u518a\u53ef\u806f\u7e6b\u6211\u53f8\u8fa6\u7406\u3002<br>\u898f\u907f\u9ede2\uff1a<br>\u672a\u4fdd\u8b49\u8ce3\u5bb6\u8cec\u6236\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u6709\u6548\u6027\uff0c\u5982\u679c:\u672a\u5b8c\u6210\u65b0\u8ce3\u5bb6\u8cec\u6236\u9a57\u8b49\uff0c\u6216\u8cec\u6236\u56e0\u9055\u53cd\u4e9e\u99ac\u905c\u653f\u7b56\u800c\u88ab\u505c\u7528\uff0c\u5c07\u7121\u6cd5\u901a\u904e\u4e9e\u99ac\u905c\u54c1\u724c\u8a3b\u518a\uff08Brand Trademark\uff09\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u7232\u57fa\u65bc\u6709\u6548\u7684\u6587\u5b57\u6216\u5716\u50cf\u7684\u5546\u6a19\u3002<br>2\u3001\u78ba\u4fdd\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u54c1\u724c\u540d\u7a31\u9808\u540c\u7576\u5730\u5546\u6a19\u5c40\u8a3b\u518a\u7684Mark
