\u63d0\u4ea4\u6642\u6a5f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u662f\u5426\u9047\u5230\u7cfb\u7d71\u5be9\u6838\u5ef6\u9072\u3002\u6e96\u5099\u8d8a\u5b8c\u6574\u3001\u64cd\u4f5c\u8d8a\u719f\u6089\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u901f\u5ea6\u8d8a\u5feb\uff1b\u53cd\u4e4b\u5247\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u591a\u6b21\u88dc\u4ef6\u6216\u4fee\u6b63\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\u6587\u4ef6\u6e96\u5099\u5b8c\u6574\u5ea6\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u97ff\u901a\u904e\u901f\u5ea6<\/h3>\n<p>FDA \u98df\u54c1\u8a3b\u518a\u7cfb\u7d71\uff08FURLS\uff09\u5728\u63d0\u4ea4\u6642\u6703\u5373\u6642\u6aa2\u67e5\u5fc5\u586b\u6b04\u4f4d\u8207\u683c\u5f0f\u6b63\u78ba\u6027\uff0c\u82e5\u6587\u4ef6\u8cc7\u8a0a\u4e0d\u5b8c\u6574\u6216\u683c\u5f0f\u4e0d\u7b26\uff0c\u7cfb\u7d71\u6703\u76f4\u63a5\u9000\u4ef6\u6216\u8981\u6c42\u88dc\u6b63\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5e38\u898b\u5c0e\u81f4\u5ef6\u9072\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u554f\u984c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u516c\u53f8\u82f1\u6587\u540d\u7a31\u8207\u5730\u5740\u683c\u5f0f\u4e0d\u7b26 FDA \u8981\u6c42<\/strong>\uff1a\u5730\u5740\u9700\u5305\u542b\u5b8c\u6574\u8857\u9053\u3001\u57ce\u5e02\u3001\u5dde\uff0f\u7701\u3001\u90f5\u905e\u5340\u865f\uff0c\u4e14\u9700\u4f7f\u7528\u82f1\u6587\u586b\u5beb<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u7522\u54c1\u985e\u5225\uff08Product Category\uff09\u9078\u64c7\u932f\u8aa4<\/strong>\uff1a\u9700\u4f9d FDA \u5b9a\u7fa9\u9078\u64c7\u6b63\u78ba\u985e\u5225\uff0c\u9078\u932f\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u5f8c\u7e8c Prior Notice \u7121\u6cd5\u5c0d\u61c9<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\u4e0d\u5b8c\u6574\u6216\u672a\u7d93\u6388\u6b0a<\/strong>\uff1a\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u9700\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b8c\u6574\u806f\u7d61\u65b9\u5f0f\u8207\u6388\u6b0a\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u82e5\u8cc7\u8a0a\u4e0d\u9f4a\u5168\u6703\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u88dc\u4ef6<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u4f9d\u64da FDA \u5b98\u65b9\u8aaa\u660e\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u8005\u9700\u5728\u63d0\u4ea4\u524d\u78ba\u8a8d\u6240\u6709\u5fc5\u586b\u6b04\u4f4d\u5747\u5df2\u6b63\u78ba\u586b\u5beb\uff0c\u4e26\u78ba\u4fdd\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5df2\u5b8c\u6210\u6388\u6b0a\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u7cfb\u7d71\u9000\u4ef6\u6216\u5be9\u6838\u5ef6\u9072\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5b98\u65b9\u4f86\u6e90<\/strong>\uff1a<br rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/food\/food-facility-registration<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u8a2d\u5b9a\u6b63\u78ba\u6027\u5f71\u97ff\u7cfb\u7d71\u63a5\u53d7\u5ea6<\/h3>\n<p>FDA \u8981\u6c42\u6240\u6709\u975e\u7f8e\u570b\u5883\u5167\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u8a2d\u65bd\u5fc5\u9808\u6307\u5b9a\u4e00\u540d\u4f4d\u65bc\u7f8e\u570b\u5883\u5167\u7684\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\uff08U.S. Agent\uff09\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba FDA \u8207\u8a2d\u65bd\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u806f\u7d61\u7a97\u53e3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u8a2d\u5b9a\u5e38\u898b\u554f\u984c\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u5730\u5740\u4e0d\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u5883\u5167<\/strong>\uff1a\u7cfb\u7d71\u6703\u76f4\u63a5\u62d2\u7d55<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u672a\u5b8c\u6210\u6388\u6b0a\u7a0b\u5e8f<\/strong>\uff1a\u9700\u63d0\u4f9b\u6388\u6b0a\u6587\u4ef6\uff08Letter of Authorization\uff09<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u806f\u7d61\u8cc7\u8a0a\u932f\u8aa4\u6216\u904e\u6642<\/strong>\uff1a\u5c0e\u81f4 FDA \u7121\u6cd5\u806f\u7e6b\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u5f8c\u7e8c\u5be9\u6838<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u82e5\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\u8a2d\u5b9a\u932f\u8aa4\uff0c\u7cfb\u7d71\u6703\u8981\u6c42\u4fee\u6b63\u5f8c\u91cd\u65b0\u63d0\u4ea4\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u589e\u52a0 1\u20133 \u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u5929\u7684\u8655\u7406\u6642\u9593\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f9d\u64da FDA \u5b98\u65b9\u6307\u5f15\uff0c\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u5fc5\u9808\u70ba\u5be6\u969b\u4f4d\u65bc\u7f8e\u570b\u5883\u5167\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u4eba\u6216\u6cd5\u4eba\uff0c\u4e14\u9700\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b8c\u6574\u806f\u7d61\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u96fb\u8a71\u3001\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u8207\u5be6\u9ad4\u5730\u5740\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd \u7cfb\u7d71\u4ecb\u9762\u5c0d\u9996\u6b21\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u800c\u8a00\u8f03\u70ba\u8907\u96dc\uff0c\u82e5\u4e0d\u719f\u6089\u64cd\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u586b\u5beb\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u591a\u6b21\u4fee\u6b63\u6216\u91cd\u65b0\u63d0\u4ea4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5e38\u898b\u64cd\u4f5c\u5ef6\u9072\u539f\u56e0\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u672a\u4e8b\u5148\u5efa\u7acb FDA \u5e33\u865f\u8207\u5b58\u53d6\u6b0a\u9650<\/strong>\uff1a\u9700\u5148\u5b8c\u6210\u5e33\u865f\u8a3b\u518a\u8207\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u9a57\u8b49<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u4e0d\u719f\u6089\u7cfb\u7d71\u6b04\u4f4d\u908f\u8f2f<\/strong>\uff1a\u5982 UFI\uff08Unique Facility Identifier\uff09\u8207 FEI\uff08Food Facility Establishment Identifier\uff09\u7684\u5dee\u7570<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u672a\u5132\u5b58\u8349\u7a3f\u6216\u4e2d\u9014\u96e2\u958b<\/strong>\uff1a\u7cfb\u7d71\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u4fdd\u7559\u672a\u5b8c\u6210\u7684\u586b\u5beb\u5167\u5bb9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u719f\u6089\u64cd\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u8005\u901a\u5e38\u53ef\u5728 1\u20132 \u5c0f\u6642\u5167\u5b8c\u6210\u63d0\u4ea4\uff0c\u4e0d\u719f\u6089\u8005\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u82b1\u8cbb 1\u20132 \u5929\u53cd\u8986\u5617\u8a66\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f9d\u64da FDA \u5b98\u65b9\u7cfb\u7d71\u8aaa\u660e\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u8005\u9700\u5148\u5b8c\u6210 FDA.gov \u5e33\u865f\u8a3b\u518a\u8207\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u9a57\u8b49\uff0c\u4e26\u5efa\u8b70\u5728\u6b63\u5f0f\u63d0\u4ea4\u524d\u5148\u719f\u6089\u7cfb\u7d71\u4ecb\u9762\u8207\u6b04\u4f4d\u908f\u8f2f\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u5347\u63d0\u4ea4\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5b98\u65b9\u4f86\u6e90<\/strong>\uff1a<br \u5929\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u5009\u5132\u8207\u901a\u95dc\u6210\u672c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f9d\u64da FDA \u5b98\u65b9\u898f\u5b9a\uff0cPrior Notice \u9700\u5728\u8ca8\u7269\u62b5\u9054\u7f8e\u570b\u524d\u63d0\u4ea4\uff0c\u4e14\u63d0\u4ea4\u6642\u9593\u9700\u4f9d\u904b\u8f38\u65b9\u5f0f\u8abf\u6574\uff1a\u7a7a\u904b\u9700\u81f3\u5c11 2 \u5c0f\u6642\u524d\u3001\u6d77\u904b\u9700\u81f3\u5c11 8 \u5b98\u65b9\u8aaa\u660e\uff0c\u7cfb\u7d71\u5be9\u6838\u6642\u9593\u53ef\u80fd\u56e0\u5167\u90e8\u4f5c\u696d\u6d41\u7a0b\u3001\u7533\u8acb\u91cf\u6216\u7279\u5b9a\u7522\u54c1\u985e\u5225\u800c\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u8005\u53ef\u900f\u904e
